Yes, you can get both the Skeleton Curse and the Ghost Curse in Sea of Thieves, but they are challenging to earn as they require reaching Level 100 Allegiance in the Hourglass PvP system for their respective factions: Servants of the Flame (Skeleton) and Guardians of Fortune (Ghost). You must play Sea of Thieves' PvP Hourglass mode, earning reputation by fighting other players and selling their flags to unlock these cosmetic rewards, which are distinct and represent different legendary paths.
Now some may disagree and some may not, but ever since launch skeletons and ghosts is one of the things that many players have been wanting to play as, and in season 8 they introduced the skeleton curse and ghost curse(blessing of athenas fortune) but the only way of getting them is by doing hourglass, now players like ...
Since it is not a time-limited cosmetic, you can earn the Ghostly Curse whenever. No need to worry about how fast you'll reach an Allegiance of 100!]] The Ghostly Curse is a Curses cosmetic variant from the Ferry of the Damned Set.
"Shark hunter" and "shark slayer" are probably up there among the rarest ones. i'd probably include "legend of the sea of thieves" as well, it's quite rare.
Many Sea of Thieves players often complain about the lack of customization options for the Skeleton Curse. However, the reality is that it simply isn't worth it for Rare to invest significant time and resources into clothing items that most players will never wear.
Merchants is by far the easiest, but probably the most boring. You do get the most gold and you can control the RNG of it a bit better than the other two (right now at least, sounds like the next patch may make it easier). Next I'd say Gold Hoarders because it's easier to solo, and then after that Order of Souls.
The Box of Wondrous Secrets is one of the Treasure Chests in Sea of Thieves. It is the rarest Treasure in the game.
Yes you can play solo, there is no campaign in the game, game world is not much massive. This game is more survival like Rust, but smaller with some lore stories - Tall Tales.
The Shrouded Ghost is a type of Megalodon, an enemy that spawns at open sea near player ships. Their spawn chance is extremely rare compared to other Megalodons.
Swearing is not permitted on the Forums and a profanity filter is in place to block it. Attempts to bypass the profanity filter will result in a temporary ban from the Forums and a final warning. If the action continues, a permanent ban from the Forums will be issued.
SOT Time (Standard Ocean Time?) runs 60 times faster than time in the real world. Thus, each second in the real world is one minute in the game; and each minute in the real world is one hour in the game. Consequently, there are sixty game days (each lasting 24 real world minutes) in a real world 24 hours.
We said Rare would need to alter the way their game works if anyone was to ever earn all the achievements. Eventually, they did just that, lowering the bar from an absurd estimated 10,000+ hours to finish the game to somewhere around 2,000 or so.
The Orb of Secrets can be sold to the following for gold and Reputation: Sells for 20,000. at the Gold Hoarders, Order of Souls, Merchant Alliance, Hunter's Call, Servant of the Flame and Sovereigns.
It does work just like all the other factions and counts towards Pirate Legend! @musicmee Thank you! @musicmee hey, I made it to 50 at reapers, order and merchant and I didn't receive pirate legend, did I do something wrong?
Single-player and multiplayer PVE games tend to make the experience last because they generally rely on a variety of quests, levelling, items, involved and difficult gameplay, or a captivating story to keep you playing. One can argue that SoT presently does not really have any of those elements.
Once a player is determined to be exceedingly afk, they will be kicked from the game like it is now. Some points: Detection of AFK can become more aggressive, as false positives will be ignored by the crew. You cannot just power level someone who isn't playing with the exceeding afk timer, even if the crew wants to.
It'll just happen. As someone who plays a lot of HG and ONLY started playing it to get the curses, I actually don't care if people loss farm. I'm not some PvP snob who only plays HG and came from arena or whatever. I've been playing since the pre-PvP focus days.
The regular Skeleton and Ghost curses are still pretty rare as far as curses go, but the rarest are the golden variants for 1000 hourglass levels.
Ancient Skeletons will have the same chance to appear in Safer Seas as in High Seas. How do Season Rewards and the Plunder Pass work in Safer Seas? Seasonal Renown is earned at 100% Value in both Safer Seas and High Seas.
