Vibranium isn't indestructible like Adamantium is so with enough force behind it you can stab a adamantium claw through vibranium armor. Wolverine normally doesn't have enough strength to do that on his own but Hulk or Juggernaut could likely stab Wolverines claws into Black Panther's armor.
