Star Wars: Anakin Skywalker's First Jedi Murder Was Master Jurokk.
The Jedi Younglings & Cin Drallig
One of the most tragic scenes of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith surrounds Anakin's murder of the Jedi Younglings and their mentor, Cin Drallig.
Anakin killed 3 known Jedi Masters during his massacre of the Jedi temple. All of which were of especially high note within the order. Master Cin Drallig was the “Battlemaster” of the Jedi Order.
This is confirmed later in the movie when Obi-Wan informs Padme that Anakin killed them. Both are torn apart with hurt and confusion, trying to make sense of something so terrible.
After learning of his mother's kidnapping, Anakin set out to find her, but Shmi died in his arms when he arrived too late. Filled with rage, Anakin infamously slaughtered the men “but the women and the children too.” The moment proved to be a pivotal turning point in his fall to the Dark side.
Enraged by Shmi's death, Skywalker ignited his lightsaber and slaughtered the guards standing outside the hut. He proceeded to murder every Tusken in the camp, including the women and children.
but how many total Jedi did he kill over the years? in canon, we can confirm that Vader killed at. least 22 Jedi during Operation Nightfall alone. most of these that we actually see were younglings, but he did kill several Masters, with the most notable being Shaq, Ti and Syndralic.
Anakin does not have even the slightest bit of remorse. By the end, he feels nothing but anger. Although he feels regret for killing Padme, he still helps the evil Emperor. The film ends with Anakins standing side by side with the man on whose behalf he has committed all his crimes.
The story is Anakin was manipulated to the dark side by Palpatine based on fears of losing Padme and appeals to his desire power and agency, over his life and the galaxy as a whole.
Yes he did. And the saddest thing is that there was nothing he could do about it. He was broken. The first case is shortly after ROTS when Vader was making his Sith lightsaber.
They have a grudge against each other because, well, let's face. Mace Windu was not pleased to see Anakin at the Jedi Council Chambers in The Phantom Menace. He disliked the idea of letting a young boy join the order. And from then on, he never exactly created a bond with Anakin Skywalker.
Presumably Palpatine planned to have Anakin join him at that point and so told the clones not to kill him when he gave out Order 66.
He regretted it the moment he did it. He asked himself what he just did, dropped his lightsaber, and was visibly ashamed of himself when Palpatine anointed him a Sith Lord and began his speech about wiping out the Jedi.
One of the main reasons why Yoda would've won against Anakin is simply because he was far better trained than him. Yoda could see the moves his opponents were going to make before they made them; therefore, battling against Anakin would've put him at a far heavier advantage.

The Younglings Reminded Anakin of How Different He Was
Those negative emotions also power the dark side, meaning Anakin likely felt stronger as he killed the younglings. That, in turn, reinforced his belief that only the dark side could save Padmé.
Jedi Master Yoda is the most powerful of them all. This should come as no surprise, as he was the head of the Jedi Order in the prequels and was revered for his abilities during the original trilogy. Yoda's power is unmatched and was a real threat to Darth Vader and the Imperials.
The final season of The Clone Wars reveals that freaking Darth Maul was aware that Anakin Skywalker would directly lead to the downfall fo the Jedi and the destruction of the Republic.
Can't Stand - Emperor Palpatine. Some would say that Palpatine represented Vader's only friend and companion, but real fans know that this is anything but the case. In many ways, Palpatine enslaved Vader and, over the years, Vader undoubtedly grew to resent his master.
Had Anakin not converted: Padme would have been killed by the Emperor before childbirth, and before Anakin and Obi wan returned from the mission to destroy general Grievous. Regardless: order 66 probably still would have happened since the army was under control of the dicator in Palpatine.
Anakin is a tragic hero at its finest, a man who turns evil and loses sight of what he was fighting for once his anger became too high, even choking Padme with his force abilities out of anger and pain, believing she didn't trust him after what he did to the young Jedi padawans.
In Star Wars Legends and Canon, Galen Marek (Starkiller) is the only Jedi (other than Obi-Wan Kenobi) to put a beat down on Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker. Galen was secretly trained as a Sith Lord apprentice to Vader, but returned to the light side and the Jedi.
Some time later, he faced the Sith Lord Darth Vader. Infil'a put up a fierce fight against Vader, almost killing him by throwing the already damaged Sith Lord off of a cliff. Despite severe damage to his suit, Vader survived the fall, and repaired himself with parts from Infil'a's droid, Arex.
Jedi like Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi have long stood as light against the darkness. But the record Sith-killer is actually Darth Bane himself. Darth Bane, founder of the Rule of Two, killed more Sith than any Jedi in the history of the Star Wars galaxy.
