In most monotheistic faiths, God is considered eternal and without a beginning or end, meaning God doesn't have a "father" in the human sense; however, within the Christian doctrine of the Trinity, God the Father is the first person of the Godhead, the eternal source from whom the Son (Jesus Christ) is eternally begotten and the Holy Spirit proceeds, co-equal and co-eternal with them, but distinct in role as the origin of all things.
God is eternal, has always existed as He is now, and therefore uncreated. So, He does not have parents and did not create Himself.
God is the Father of Jesus.

No One Created God
