The Hulk has died and been resurrected multiple times across comics and media, but notably, Hawkeye (Clint Barton) killed Bruce Banner (Hulk's human form) with a specially prepared arrow, at Banner's request, in the comics' Civil War II event, after a vision showed the Hulk destroying the world, though the Hulk persona survived. In a different comic storyline, Hulk was seemingly killed by the Sentinels in an alternate future, while in the MCU, Yellowjacket exploded Hulk using a Pym Particle Disc in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but this was a simulated event by Ultron.
However, Romanoff stopped Betty to get her to safety as Yellowjacket put a Pym Particle Disc on Hulk's heart causing it to grow bigger than his body. This caused Hulk's body to swell up as it exploded and killed him instantly, shocking everyone.
Despite this development, both Banner and Hulk die by falling from a plane explosion in the end. In the season 4 episode 'Free Fall', Banner falls from an even steeper height than in this case, and yet manages to survive without any injury as he turns into the Hulk when he crashes into a tool shed.
While the Hulk's rage certainly makes him a formidable fighter (the angrier he gets, the stronger he gets), he is no match for Thanos' brute strength and indomitable will. In fact, the Hulk's defeat by Thanos is so traumatic that the "strongest Avenger" refuses to make an appearance for the rest of Infinity War.
The Mark 42 (or XLII) Iron Man armor is special because it's an autonomous, modular suit that can assemble itself around Tony Stark, controlled by microchips in his arms, allowing remote operation and deployment in separate pieces, making it his first "summonable" armor but also prone to malfunctions as a prototype. It's famous for its unique gold-and-red design and the ability to fly in segments to surround Tony, even letting others wear parts of it, though it was still experimental.
The Hulk has admitted that The Void is the only thing he fears.
After Deadpool killed the Avengers and New Avengers, he was ripped apart by an angered Hulk. Hulk then left Deadpool, in pieces, before climbing to a cave and turning back into Bruce Banner. Deadpool, now regenerated, made his way to said cave and cut off Banner's head with his two katanas.
Thanos. Hulk may be stronger, even by a small margin, but thanos is a much more skilled fighter. Now if hulk did combat training and actually learned to fight instead of blind rage, then he'd probably win the fight.
Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark/Iron Man - Disintegrated Thanos and his army with the power of the infinity stones and was killed by the amount of power this took.
The Hulk's main weaknesses aren't always physical; they include strong psychic attacks, being calmed by things like puppies or intense kindness, and needing Bruce Banner to transform back, while physically he can be harmed by Adamantium/Vibranium (like Wolverine's claws) or overwhelming gamma radiation, with variants like Red Hulk vulnerable to sharp objects and energy absorption.
The Hulk is now immortal. Even though his limbs and organs were removed and stored in jars, he still didn't die. Banner can die, however.
While Deadpool used to toy with the most powerful villains for fun, Death Grip is the one villain who truly scares him, as he has found something worth living for.
Skaar is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually as a supporting character in stories featuring his father, the Hulk, who conceived Skaar with the extraterrestrial Caiera during the 2006–2007 "Planet Hulk" storyline.
Hulk pants are made of some of the toughest material in the Marvel universe, tougher than Adamantium, tougher than Uru. Hulk pants have stayed intact through destructive phenomena that have actually hurt the Hulk himself, like direct energy attacks from Thanos or Galactus!
Tony Stark/Iron Man
The ensuing burst of energy mortally wounded the Avengers' leader. Although it was sad, Iron Man's final heroic act was a fitting ending for a complex, yet totally lovable, character. His death marked the end of an 11 year-long era that began with 2008's Iron Man.
The One-Above-All
With the power to make or unmake anything, reverse, speed up, stop time, and reshape reality instantaneously, it's impossible to comprehend what or who The One-Above-All is. The One-Above-All is the most powerful character in the Marvel Universe.
However, during a recent fight with a group of gamma-powered Abominations in a different dimension, the deadliest Hulk ever, Titan, emerged, showing off his incredible powers that make him a game-changing new addition to the lore of the longtime Marvel Comics hero.
MCU - Thanos feared Odin, The Ancient One, and Ego. Thanos was hanging back pulling strings and waited until Odin, The Ancient One, and Ego were dead and gone to accelerate his plan to collect the stones, because they were all beings he feared could defeat him.
