Thor's "daughter Eternity" is actually Love, the resurrected daughter of Gorr the God Butcher, from Thor: Love and Thunder, who is imbued with powers from the cosmic entity Eternity, essentially making her a living embodiment of Eternity's power and aspect, though not literally a biological child of Thor or Eternity, but rather a companion he adopts.
NoobMaster69 in Avengers: Endgame is the same character, Aaron, from Captain America: The Winter Soldier, an Apple Store employee who played Fortnite with Thor and Korg, revealed in a later Xbox tie-in commercial where his cousin (who created the name) appears, tying him back to the MCU's gamer tag in Endgame.
Hela is just a Goddess of God of the Norse Pantheon in the MCU, She's just one of many Gods of Death there is. Whereas Rio Vidal is the Literal Aspect of Death itself. Rio is Death. She is the embodiment of the concept of Death.
