General Grievous is special due to his collection of lightsabers. It is hard to pick out the hilt details on his blades, but the four he wields in the film are single blades of green or blue. Grievous took his lightsabers from the many Jedi he has killed.

Form IV, also known as Ataru (pronounced uh-TAR-oo) or The Aggression Form, was the fourth form of lightsaber combat invented by the Jedi Order. An acrobatic combat style, Ataru could be used to defend against incoming projectiles but was best suited for open spaces and attacking.
His cybernetics presumably provide him with the right precision, meaning he can use any color he wishes without difficulty. And since the character's hatred for the Jedi is pronounced, it only makes sense that his “trophy” lightsabers would be exclusively green and blue: he doesn't hunt Dooku or his allies.
Even though Kylo Ren uses a red lightsaber, harnesses the dark side of the Force, and wears a cape, he is not a Sith. Because of that, he can never hold the title of Darth. Instead, he was just a chaotic mess of the dark side (until he eventually found his way back to the light).

To say that Grievous would be able to overpower him within the first few minutes would completely neglect just how powerful Yoda is. In fact, he may be one of the few Jedi who could survive an encounter with Grievous and keep his lightsaber from becoming a part of the Separatist leader's collection.
Legend had it that Yoda—a Jedi who became Grand Master—was trained by N'Kata Del Gormo. A Force-sensitive Hysalrian, N'Kata Del Gormo was trained in the ways of the Force and achieved the rank of Master within the Jedi Order.
Yoda will most likely win in a fight against Darth Vader because he is more skilled with a lightsaber and has the experience and feats that allow him to trim whatever size and strength advantage Darth Vader has over him. In fact, Yoda nearly defeated Palpatine, something that Vader could never do.
