Hope's level of magic may have increased to around two hundred regular witches if managing to tap into the power of her Original Vampiric blood which taints her magic with dark energy that she can also channel to perform dark spells without needing a sacrifice.
Out of all the supernaturals on earth she is the most powerful. Demigods on the other hand are weaker than gods so they would make up the weakest. Hope may even be so far above the supernaturals in her world that she herself could be considered a demigod (not by genes but powers).

Klaus Mikaelson is an incredibly powerful and almost invincible supernatural creature. While his family members have defeated him in the past, other powerful characters like Silas and Esther could also potentially defeat him.
Kol Mikaelson is known to the world as the wildest Mikaelson, the troublemaker, however to his family he's the burden, the last priority.
Though Kol, being an Original Vampire, is physically stronger than Damon, Damon has used the element of surprise to put up a fight against Kol in their skirmishes.

But, with Hope front and center on Legacies, she is the most powerful character in the series. As a Tribrid, Hope is already powerful in her own right, but as a witch, while she still has more to experience as she grasps what she is capable of.
