Yoda was a legendary Jedi Master and stronger than most in his connection with the Force. Small in size but wise and powerful, he trained Jedi for over 800 years, playing integral roles in the Clone Wars, the instruction of Luke Skywalker, and unlocking the path to immortality.
QUI-GON JINN
Qui-Gon, like all Jedi masters and even more so than most, was extremely wise, imparting that wisdom on Anakin and Obi-Wan. Unlike most Jedi masters though Qui-Gon elected to not be on the council.
Genius-Level Intellect/Master Tactician/Leader: Luke was amazingly intelligent and wise; his intellect and wisdom rivaled that of even Yoda, Sheev Palpatine, Qui-Gon Jinn, and Anakin Skywalker. As a Jedi Commander and the leader of the New Jedi Order, Luke was a highly skilled tactician and a very capable leader.
Yoda, everyone's favorite green Jedi from Star Wars, is known for being incredibly emotionally intelligent. Throughout Star Wars, Yoda appears as a guide and mentor to many of the other characters who turn to him for his wisdom.
Master Tactician: Even before his fall to the dark side, Vader was amazingly intelligent and wise. Darth Vader was a brilliant strategist and was still, despite his lessened Force potential, one of the greatest pilots in the galaxy.
Anakin: 165 - 170. Count Dooku: 160 - 165. Revan: 160.
Master Yoda has risen above all others to claim the top spot as the most powerful Jedi of all time and the true chosen one according to IGN's audience. He won pretty handily as well, as he was victorious in 89,756 of his 95,243 battles and had a win percentage of 94.2%.
Not to mention, Palpatine was smart enough to figure out how to destroy the Jedi and the republic in one fell swoop. Sidious' IQ therefore is most definitely in the top 0.1% at least. His IQ I would say is +160, but there is no real way to know for sure.
Princess Leia is certainly the most intelligent character within the Skywalker family, which is clear from the start.
Plo Koon. Wise and compassionate, Plo Koon was one of the most effective Jedi masters, genuinely caring about the clones he commanded.
In his first appearance in the original trilogy, Yoda is described as the mentor of Obi-Wan Kenobi, and lives in exile on the swamp planet of Dagobah. He trains Luke Skywalker in the ways of the Force until his death at the age of 900 in Return of the Jedi, though he later returns as a Force spirit.
Biography. Legend had it that Yoda—a Jedi who became Grand Master—was trained by N'Kata Del Gormo. A Force-sensitive Hysalrian, N'Kata Del Gormo was trained in the ways of the Force and achieved the rank of Master within the Jedi Order.
Yoda held the title of Grand Master of the Jedi Order since the days of the High Republic Era. At some point, Yoda took on a human named Kantam Sy as his Padawan.

Yoda was most likely the wiser of the two, but the deciding factor comes in the form of Windu's fight against the outed Sith Lord Darth Sidious in Revenge of the Sith.
Throughout "Star Wars" canon, Darth Vader has done some incredible things with the Force. In the comics, he destroys a dam that floods an entire city, killing millions, and in "Star Wars Rebels," he impossibly survives the destruction of a Sith Temple.
Aside from agility and telekinesis, Yoda could absorb and redirect Force attacks, like lightning. Because of his higher understanding, he would easily overcome Darth Vader in a fight, though that doesn't mean it wouldn't be a difficult battle.
1 Darth Sidious
There has been no Sith, as powerful, meticulous, nor as evil as the Emperor himself, Darth Sidious. As previously mentioned, Sidious trained in the Dark Side by Darth Plagueis before Sidious killed Plagueis in his sleep, making Sidious a Sith Master.
Anakin Skywalker is the son of Shmi Skywalker, born without a father through the Force. He is the secret husband of Padmé Amidala, the father of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa, the father-in-law of Han Solo, and the maternal grandfather of Ben Solo.
In Star Wars Legends and Canon, Galen Marek (Starkiller) is the only Jedi (other than Obi-Wan Kenobi) to put a beat down on Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker.
One of Obi-Wan's greatest strengths has always been his intelligence. Kenobi has always fallen under the category of Jedi who think and plan before they act, as opposed to those who act more impulsively, like Anakin Skywalker.
