There isn't one single "beautiful girl" in Ever After High, as beauty is subjective and the show features many lovely characters, but Apple White (daughter of Snow White) and Ashlynn Ella (daughter of Cinderella) are central figures often seen as iconic beauties, alongside others like Briar Beauty (Sleeping Beauty's daughter) and Rosabella Beauty (Beauty's daughter).
The main characters are Raven Queen, who does not want to be evil like her mother the Evil Queen, and Apple White, the daughter of Snow White who wishes to live "happily ever after".
Rosabella Beauty debuted in the books in Once Upon a Time only as a mention of the Ever After High book series, which premiered on October 21, 2014.

Sparrow is the son of Robin Hood and Maid Marian, who Maid Marian is a teacher at Ever After High. Cerise mentions that she and he are distantly related because they share the same last name in The Unfairest of Them All, thus making him related to Ramona.
She's part of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" as the next Evil Queen and she's a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict she's on Rebel side. In fact, she technically is the founder of the Rebel movement, because it was her rejection of her destiny that inspired others.
But when Darling's lips touch Apple's, she is able to wake up, possibly stating that Darling Charming was chosen by destiny to be the princess who awakens Snow White's poisoned slumber with a kiss of true love.
Raven and Eddie explored the idea of being in a romantic relationship in an episode from the final season of the original show, but the two ultimately decided they were better as friends (though it's implied they may still have feelings for each other).
She is the daughter of Rapunzel from the fairy tale Rapunzel. She is a student at Ever After High. Holly is a Royal, due to being the older twin and getting the Rapunzel destiny and she is very happy about this because she wants her destiny as the next Rapunzel.
Darling Charming and Rosabella Beauty are the two newest rebels who want to rewrite their destiny.
