Goku is the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball franchise. His abilities include super strength, utilization of ki, teleportation, super speed, and durability. However, he is the strongest anime character because he overcomes adversity and thrives on improvement.
Many fans consider Jiren to be stronger than Goku based on the exceptional abilities and feats that he demonstrated in the Tournament of Power arc. He possesses an overwhelming amount of power and strength.
1. Jiren. These two fought during the Tournament of Power arc in Dragon Ball Super. Despite Goku successfully achieving Mastered Ultra Instinct, he could not defeat Jiren.
As the main character, Goku eventually surpassing Beerus is all but guaranteed. After all, Goku's journey is one of encountering and overcoming obstacles. It was demonstrated with Demon King Piccolo, then Frieza, then Kid Buu.

Appearances. Beerus awakens from a 39-year sleep and goes in search of a Super Saiyan God whom he saw in his dream, his search bringing him to Goku whom he easily defeats despite his opponent being in Super Saiyan 3 form.
Goku's power level at the first rank of Super Saiyan blows Deku's cowling away already granting Goku about 5o times his base power and with no real risk to Goku's body.
Super Saiyan 3 Goku at full power has a battle power of 24,000,000,000, 2 billion above Kid Buu's level.
Goku can defeat more than half of the gods of destructions including Belmod who Goku surpassed in his fight against Jiren during his third time using Ultra Instinct Omen.
The power of Ultra Instinct is staggering, allowing him to easily outclass Jiren even once the alien increased his power to maximum. Ultra Instinct also allowed Gokū to both attack and defend against Jiren without thinking.
2) Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto is arguably the strongest being in the series, what with the almost limitless Chakra of the Kyuubi and the never-ending stamina of the Uzumaki clan. Naruto's Sage of Six Paths mode should be more than enough to keep up with Goku's speed and power for quite a while.
The sheer untapped power of Saitama from One-Punch Man beats Dragon Ball's Goku in terms of strength.
Goku would win
Wizard concluded that Goku's power known as Super Saiyan would be strong enough to defeat Superman, with a planet-destroying punch being lethal for the latter.
While being a Super Saiyan with abilities is considered close to that of a God of Destruction, under normal circumstances, it is safe to assume that Goku can blow Gojo away just by breathing in his direction.
The most powerful is Hyperion, and much like Superman, he would end Goku. Hyperion usually hails from another universe and is frequently the most powerful hero around. One version of Hyperion beat every hero and villain on Earth, and another flew through Galactus's head, killing him.
1) Jiren. As seen in Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power, Goku can't quite beat Jiren yet even with Ultra Instinct.
His first notable loss is to Master Roshi under the guise of Jackie Chun. His second loss is to Tao Pai Pai, only saved by the Dragonball in his shirt that stopped the Dodon Ray from killing him. Loss number three is to Tien at the World Tournament. His third loss was to King Piccolo.
He serves as a supporting character in both Universe 6 Saga and Future Trunks Saga before becoming a major antagonist turned anti-hero in the Universe Survival Saga of Dragon Ball Super.
With the snap of a finger, Zeno is capable of erasing entire universes from existence, so regardless of Goku's Saiyan abilities, his mortal constraints will almost certainly prevent him from overpowering Zeno.
Whis is one of the strongest beings in existence, and interestingly enough, only his father and the Omni King are confirmed to be stronger than him.
