We discover Kylo Ren (birth name: Ben Solo) is actually the son of Leia Organa and Han Solo, meaning Ben is Luke's nephew. Luke trains Ben in the ways of the Jedi, but Ben turns to the Dark Side like his grandfather (Anakin) before him. He adopts the name Kylo Ren, and kills his father, Han, in The Force Awakens.
Kylo Ren dies on Kef Bir (the ocean moon of Endor) shortly after Rey deals a mortal wound during a lightsaber duel on the wreckage of the second Death Star. Though Rey Force-heals him, saving his life physically, this blow, coupled with the memory of his mother and father, destroys the man known as “Kylo Ren” forever.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Adam Driver has confirmed that evil mask-wearing tyrant Kylo Ren turned to the dark side after being neglected by his parents Leia Organa and Han Solo.
Even though Kylo Ren uses a red lightsaber, harnesses the dark side of the Force, and wears a cape, he is not a Sith. Because of that, he can never hold the title of Darth. Instead, he was just a chaotic mess of the dark side (until he eventually found his way back to the light).
Do Rey and Kylo have kids? She does not have a baby bump, her hand never goes to her stomach to indicate she's carrying a child, and there wasn't exactly any time for her to have conceived a child with anyone in the course of the film, including Kylo Ren/Ben Solo.

When Rey went to meet him on the Supremacy in an attempt to convince him to turn to the light, Snoke reveals that he had manipulated their bond to lead Rey into a trap and starts to torture her in front of Ren. This infuriates Kylo, who at this point had developed strong feelings for Rey.

Ben Skywalker
Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade Skywalker's son. Named after Obi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi, Jedi Knight. Former student of Jacen Solo, his cousin. He inherits his mother's red hair and his father's blue eyes.
The offspring of Darth Sidious' cloned son, Rey inherited her grandfather's power in the Force. Born on the planet Hyperkarn in 15 ABY, Rey was the daughter of a man named Dathan and woman named Miramir, but their names were later lost to history.
Han Solo marries Princess Leia and they have three children: twins named Jacen and Jaina, and a younger son named Anakin. Luke reestablishes the Jedi Order, marries a non-movie (but fan favorite) redheaded Force-wielder named Mara Jade, and they have a son, Ben Skywalker (named in honor of Obi-Wan “Ben” Kenobi).
Darth Vader may have never known Princess Leia was his daughter in Star Wars and never cultivated a relationship with her, even when he was a Force ghost. Anakin Skywalker never knew Padmé was pregnant with twins, and he believed his child had died with his wife.
Ben Solo is the love of Rey's life. Initially unknown to Rey, she forms a dyad in the Force with Ben. The dyad is an unbreakable Force-bond that makes them one in the Force, despite being born as two physically separated individuals.
A kiss of gratitude, acknowledgement of their connection, celebration that they'd found each other at last. But then she drew back, concern on her face. She could feel him growing cold. Ben smiled at her.
Once she defeated Palpatine, Rey died and Kylo Ren brought her back through Force healing, at the cost of his own life. Rey kissed Kylo (now Ben as he returned to the light side), but the use of Force healing was too much for him and he died, becoming one with the Force.
While on the planet, when someone asked her who she was, Rey responded by saying that she was "Rey Skywalker." Although she wasn't related to them, both Luke and Leia had been mentors to Rey throughout the sequel trilogy.
The Last Jedi took the stance that Rey's parents were nobody, and while this may have been true from a certain point of view, The Rise of Skywalker gave us the true answer to Rey's parentage. In the film, we learned that Rey was a Palpatine, and her father was a clone of the infamous Sith Lord.
Following Palpatine's final defeat and her own resurrection, Rey adopts the name Rey Skywalker to honor her mentors and their family legacy and renounce her lineage. As the last remaining Jedi, she makes it her mission to rebuild the Jedi Order.
Ben grabs fertility beads off of her neck through their bond. When Ben brings her back to life he places his hand over her womb. Kathleen at the LA premier said 'they could always being the Skywalkers back' in future movies and Rey is calling herself a Skywalker and possibly pregnant with Skywalker twins.
What is the connection between Kylo Ren and Rey? As Kylo Ren himself says in The Rise of Skywalker, he and Rey are bonded not just by their familial legacies (Ren as the grandson of Darth Vader and Rey as the granddaughter of Emperor Palpatine) but by their unique connection in the Force.
Reclaiming his identity as Ben Solo, the redeemed Jedi joined Rey on Exegol to save her from Sidious and defeat him once and for all, though the effort took Rey's life. When Solo sacrificed himself to revive Rey, he died and became one with the Force, joining his parents, uncle, and grandfather.
