Mando's (Din Djarin's) "son" is Grogu, the Force-sensitive foundling he adopts and raises as his apprentice, becoming a father figure in The Mandalorian series, with their bond solidified when Mando formally accepts him as his own and names him Din Grogu.
Grogu's mother is either Yaddle or some other female member of Yoda's species, but he has no father. Because just like Anakin, Grogu was born off the Will of the Force, with no dad, and that explains why he's so powerful at an age that's considered an infant for Yoda's species.
Once Mandalore is reclaimed, the Mandalorian adopts Grogu as his son and apprentice, and he is given the name Din Grogu by the Armorer. The pair leave Mandalore so that Din Grogu can complete his apprenticeship.
The character's real name, Grogu, was revealed in Season 2, and while he shares Yoda's species and deep sensitivity to the Force, he is entirely his own being. Far from a clone or reincarnation, Grogu is a separate character—one with his own enigmatic past and emotional journey.

These deaths resonate due to their emotional impact, the characters' potential, or the deep impact on other heroes.
