Story lines. The twin sisters Alison and Courtney Day-DiLaurentis were born on June 6, 1990, the fruits of a secret sexual relationship between Jessica DiLaurentis and Peter Hastings. They were identical, but completely opposite in personality.

Spencer discovered that her father Peter (Nolan North) had a one-night stand with Mary Drake (Andrea Parker), believing that she was actually her identical twin Jessica DiLaurentis. That hookup led to Mary becoming pregnant with Spencer, and the Hastings adopting her after her birth in Radley.
Officially introduced in the series finale, Alex Drake is both the identical twin of main character Spencer Hastings and the previously anonymous identity known as "A.D." In childhood, Drake was adopted by a wealthy British family that later abandoned her, forcing Alex to bounce around foster homes and orphanages.
Wren is the father.
In the series finale, it was revealed that Wren is the father — but Emily and Alison don't appear to know that information.
Lily DiLaurentis-Fields is the daughter of Emily Fields and Alison DiLaurentis. She is also the twin sister of Grace DiLaurentis-Fields. She was born during the time jump in "'Til Death Do Us Part".
