Who Stella falls in love with depends entirely on which character you're asking about, as "Stella" appears in many books, shows, and games, but common examples include Stella Kidd with Kelly Severide in Chicago Fire, Stella Alonso with Christian Harper in the Twisted series, and Stella Vermillion with Ikki Kurogane in Chivalry of a Failed Knight.
Although she can be quite selfish sometimes, Stella nonetheless adores her friends and family. She is the oldest of the Winx, as she was held back at Alfea for a year. She is engaged to Sky's bodyguard, Brandon, whom she tends to obsess over.
Stolas' point, whether you agree with it or not, is that he violated only the letter of cheating, not the spirit. Stella doesn't love him, he doesn't love her, and the only reason they are together was to have sex at least once to birth Octavia.
James Olson
Gibson and Olson had a one night stand in Darkness Visible.

It's not a happy ending for Spector, DS Gibson or for anyone else for that matter. In scenes that are difficult to watch, Spector, who is now in a situation it would be hard to find a way out of, kills himself. He does so in a manner similar to that in which he claimed Susan Harper had died.
Winx Club Sky was never romantically involved with Stella. However, as he had switched names with Brandon, Stella thought she was indeed dating "Sky", a misunderstanding that seems to have been kept as the basis for the show's relationship.

Paul Spector is presented as a very calm, easy-going and laid back family man who loves his wife and his children who is good at his job, maintains his body in shape and has a good relationship with others but in secret he is an unstable, mentally ill, cold, calculated, inhuman, homicidal, vicious and sadistic serial ...
“Unexpected,” Spector muses when the call comes across Anderson's radio. (Though he can't be too surprised she's still breathing seeing as he left her snacks and water.) It's also probably worth noting that she has “I love [is it Tom?]” carved into her arm.
By creating a fantasy and putting it into action he believes he creates his own highly controlled existential reality. But by the end of series one that sense of control looks more and more an illusion. At the end of series two, we saw Spector wounded by a gun shot from James Tyler.
Later in Season Three, Piper grows increasingly dismissive of Alex's paranoia, refusing to believe anyone could sneak in and attempt to kill her. Alex and Piper fall out and Piper cheats on Alex with Stella Carlin, a new inmate.
Skyward Sword and BotW Link & Zelda tied the knot at the end of the game though. The other iterations are still up in the air. I mean in some of the later games they seem to be more familiar with each, compared to older games. Heck in both OoT and TP Link never met Zelda until his adventure started.
Yes she moved to Ohio and they got back together. It seemed pretty obvious to me but Laura Prepon(who plays Alex) and Taylor Schilling(who plays Piper) both confirmed in interviews after the show ended that Piper and Alex ended up togther and that's what they wanted.
