Levi Ackerman is incredibly powerful, but opponents who can counter his speed and agility with overwhelming force, unique abilities like hardening/crystallization, or sheer power (like Eren's later Titans, the Warhammer Titan, Colossal Titan's nuke, or supernatural beings like Kaguya Otsutsuki) can potentially defeat him, especially in scenarios where his Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) gear's gas runs out or the terrain limits him.

Mikasa was evaluated by her superior Ivan as being as strong as 100 men, and it was said that Levi is as strong as an entire brigade.
In a hand-to-hand fight in human form, current Eren still doesn't stand a chance against Levi. With how fast Levi is, Eren might not stand a chance even in Titan form. Levi would stomp on Eren's skull with ease.
The only reason Levi survived was that he was quicker, smarter and stronger than Kenny and his squad. All skills that Kenny himself taught him.
Despite Levi's ability to use vertical maneuvering equipment, his strength, and his capacity to analyze situations quickly, he has his share of drawbacks as a human. It can be believed that Levi cannot single-handedly manage to kill a few sinister Titans.
In terms of physical strength, Levi easily outclasses Yoriichi. But in terms of speed, they're pretty equal. This point goes to Levi. Although Levi may seem like he has the advantage with more strength and more advanced weapons, Yoriichi still claps Levi.
We've seen levi kill 30 titans just in season 4, and more in previous seasons, without counting his years of experience before the show.
After the end of the manga, we learnt that Eren killed 80% of humanity and the 20% of it mostly lived in Paradise Island. What was believed to be a lie at the start, turned out to be a reality in the end.
Eren's true love, widely considered by fans and supported by the creator, is Mikasa Ackerman, though their relationship is portrayed as tragic and complex, evolving from a sibling-like bond to deep, albeit complicated, romantic love that he struggles to acknowledge due to his grand, world-altering plans. He confesses his feelings in the end, but it's within a tragic context, acknowledging he couldn't bear seeing her with anyone else and seeing a future where they lived happily in an alternate reality.
Unsurprisingly, Levi Ackerman ranks #1 on our list. He's the best Titan killer, flying through the air on his ODM gear like he was born in it. Additionally, the man is street-smart due to his past, as well as strategically gifted because of his commitment to learning from Erwin.

Levi Ackerman described it as knowing exactly what needs to be done, and it let the Ackermans exhibit physical abilities much, much higher than the average human. Eren Yeager learned from Zeke that this was because they were the result of the old Eldian Empire experimenting with the Subjects of Ymir.
Levi's mother is Kenny Ackerman's sister, meanwhile, Mikasa Ackerman's father is the brother of Kenny and Kuchel Ackerman, which makes Levi and Mikasa cousins.
The Cart Titan is in no way a weak link, but it can be considered the weakest of the Nine. Held by Pieck Finger for the run of the show, the Cart isn't built for direct combat or known for its overpowering strength.

The bloodline is still intact. The Hallucigenia (the source of all Titan powers) isn't even dead — it crawls out of Eren's head after the final fight, still alive. The foundation for the Titan system is still very much in place. The only thing that's changed is that Ymir chose to disable it.
In season two, Eren Yeager and Armin Arlert, among other Survey Corps members, began growing suspicious of two of their comrades, Reiner Braun and Bertholdt Hoover. Reiner and Bertholdt eventually confessed the truth to Eren, admitting they were not just Marleyans undercover, but Titan shifters too.
Mikasa kissed Eren at the end of Attack on Titan as a heartfelt goodbye. It symbolized her love and gratitude for him. She had to make a difficult choice to stop his destructive goals and save the world, expressing her love in a bittersweet farewell afterward.
Eren possessed the power of three Titans. From his father, Eren inherited the Attack and Founding Titans. After eating Lara Tybur during the Raid on Liberio, he gained the War Hammer Titan as well.
Returning to his home, Levi made himself a cup of tea using her set. However, when he attempted to drink it the handle broke, causing him to drop and shatter the cup. From that point on, Levi refused to hold cups by their handles, choosing to hold them by their brims instead.
But the closest would be them being descendants of his brother/sister, making Mikasa and Levi, at best, third cousins for the closest.
Muzan is beheaded by Gyomei. Using this opportunity, Gyomei Himejima appears and destroys Muzan's head.
Eren does not have royal blood. To have it you'd have to be descended from the Eldian royal family. Zeke has it through his mother Dina and Historia through the Reiss family.
