SURAH AL-FATIHAH IS A CURE FOR THE DISEASES OF THE HEART AND THE BODY.
Surah Duha, Surah 93, ma sha Allah. Allah subhana wa ta'ala revealed it at a time when our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam was depressed, to soothe him. For the man who suffered the most in this world, it was something very soothing.
Therefore, do not give up. Even if you have struggled your entire life with khushūʿ, have hope and beg Allah ('azza wa jall) to soften your heart and make it receptive to īmān, the Qur'ān and every form of good.
Quran 2:74 It is the heart that goes blind and refuses to recognize the truth Quran 22:46 and it is the heart that inspires the function to reason and understand. Quran 7:179; 22:46; 50:37 In the heart, lies the root of all outward diseases Quran 5:52; it is the seat of all inner ills Quran 2:10.
What was the supplication that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said most frequently when he was with you?” She said: 'The supplication he said most frequently was: “O Changer of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion (Yā Muqallibal-qulūb, thabbit qalbī `alā dīnik).
Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oothu bika minal-kufri, walfaqri, wa 'a'oothu bika min 'athaabil-qabri, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta. O Allah, make me healthy in my body. O Allah, preserve for me my hearing. O Allah, preserve for me my sight.
According to Gordon Neufeld, a heart can only be softened with the cultivation of safe and caring attachments with others. It is relationship that offers someone the promise of safety, warmth, and dependence. It is attachment that is the antidote to facing too much separation and wounding.
Purification is achieved through performing sincere supplications, prayers, and acts of charity toward others. We must remember that we will be judged on the Day of Resurrection according to the purity of our hearts and the righteousness of our deeds. Success comes from Allah, and Allah knows best.
The sign of a soft heart is one that is stirred upon hearing the Qur'an and even responds by bringing tears to the eyes. Such a heart is also quick to detect sin.
Normal aging, conditions such as kidney disease or diabetes, or even physical trauma to the chest can trigger heart calcification—but the exact hardening mechanism is still largely unknown.
O Allah, place within my heart light, and upon my tongue light, and within my ears light, and within my eyes light, and place behind me light, and in front of me light, and above me light, and beneath me light. O Allah, bestow upon me light.
Surah Rahman helps to bring you closer to God Almighty. If someone is really feeling anxious and does not know how to get peace of heart then he should recite Surah Ar-Rahman. Ayat al-Kursi is regarded as the greatest verse of Quran according to the hadith. The verse is regarded as one of the most powerful in the Quran because when it is recited, the greatness of God is believed to be confirmed.
Surah Al-Inshirah
The 94th chapter of the Quran contains themes of hope and comfort. It was revealed around the same time as Surah Duha. Surah Inshirah urges not to give up under hardships and stress. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), at that time, was distressed.
To have a clean heart in this life means to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, to allow Him to inhabit your heart. He can give you a new heart that feels love and compassion for others, and you will want to do good deeds and to live for God and for other people and not just for yourself.
Jabir (RadhiAllahu Anhu) reported that the Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said, “the best remembrance of Allah is to repeat La ilaha illa Allah.”.
Create in Me a Clean Heart: Guide Me
Rather than me following my own ways, please purify my heart and make me more like you. Please guide my path and help me take steps that will guide me toward your plan for my life and not my own whims. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
Lack of ability to perceive, remember, or grasp events or ideas coming from God. Insensitivity to sin, sinfulness. Failure to follow God's commands, the way of Jesus, the voice of the Holy Spirit. Arrogance and pride.
He takes out the heart of stone and puts in the heart of flesh (Ezekiel 11:19). We should be encouraged that God can take out any hard heart that he has handed people over to. In other words, salvation isn't a mingling of human resolve and God's resolve. It is a powerful sovereign work of God replacing hearts.
