ISTPs are the most unpredictable of the 16 personality types, because they're typically rational and logical, but can also be enthusiastic and spontaneous.
The short answer: INFJ (Introverted-Intuitive-Feeling-Judgment) is the most complex Myers-Briggs Personality Type.
#4 – The ISTP
These types prefer to go it alone and forge their own way in life. According to a study on type and the CPI™ inventory (MBTI® Manual, pg. 354) ISTPs were often skeptical about others' intentions.
The most rebellious personality types include the ENTP, INTP, ESTP, and ISTP, while some of the least rebellious are the ISFJ, ESFJ, ESTJ, and ISTJ.
Out of the IN personality types, INFPs and INTPs struggle the most with indecisiveness. These types can see endless possibilities, which makes it difficult for them to gain the closure they need to move forward. INPs may struggle to identify a strong sense of purpose and direction.
In fact, there was a pretty decisive split in the responses among these personality types. Turbulent Mediators (INFP-T) and Turbulent Adventurers (ISFP-T) are the most likely types to give up on challenging tasks, with 53% and 54% agreeing respectively.
Personality types least likely to finish college
In general, ESTP and ESFP personality types are the least likely to go to a four-year college after high school. And when they do, they're the least likely to persist after the first year.
ENTJ. Of all the personality types, ENTJs are arguably the ones who care least about other people's opinions of them. This is not a personality type who sugarcoats things or cares what others think of them. They are decisive, assertive and extremely blunt.
Least Sensitive Type: ISTJ
Because they lack emotional sensitivity, ISTJs frequently choose to suppress their feelings in order to accomplish their goals. They frequently dismiss things and are not readily upset by others.
INFJs ranked as having low dominance according to the CPI™ tool. Since the traits linked with low-dominance were being quiet, cautious, or hesitant to take action, this makes sense. INFJs tend to be on the quiet side, and they also tend to be extremely independent.
INTJs are often misunderstood simply because there are so few of them around. Making up only 2.1% of the US population, they understand the world in a fundamentally different way than most other types. While the rest of the world looks first to tangible data, INTJs follow symbols and underlying meanings first.
ISFJs and ISTJs and Cleanliness:
For the ISFJ and ISTJ personality types, having a sense of order and cleanliness gives them peace of mind. They notice the little things and feel satisfaction when their environment is free of dirt, dust, and clutter.
Dependent personality disorder usually starts during childhood or by the age of 29. People with DPD have an overwhelming need to have others take care of them. Often, a person with DPD relies on people close to them for their emotional or physical needs. Others may describe them as needy or clingy.
The INFP may be the toughest personality type of all for others to understand. They are seemingly easy-going and carefree, but when it comes to their values, they can become suddenly uncompromising.
The ISFP – Being Their Own Worst Critic
ISFPs may seem easy-going at first glance, but these types actually hold themselves to very specific standards.
ISTJ. Quiet, serious, earn success by thoroughness and dependability. Practical, matter-of-fact, realistic, and responsible. Decide logically what should be done and work toward it steadily, regardless of distractions.
According to the MBTI® Manual ENTJs are the type least likely to suppress anger and least likely to show anger.
Emotionally detached: ISTPs are not well attuned to the emotional states of others, and they can sometimes be seen as cold, unfeeling, or insensitive. They also distance themselves from their own emotions, ignoring their feelings until they become overwhelming.
If an ISFJ feels that their partner is not showing them enough appreciation and support, bitterness tends to arise. These types have a desire for social validation, after all, and they can quickly become needy and jealous if they feel like they are not being affirmed.
Lower high: ESTP (restless), INTJ (ambitious and obsessive compulsive), ENFJ (example to others) and INFP (natural procrastinators but hate being seen as lazy).
INTP: Pushes Anger Away
“The Architect” type, INTP, will avoid talking to others when they're angry. These personality types will suppress their emotions. Because INTPs aren't great at handling their feelings or the emotions of others, it's easier for them to forget about it, push it away, and move on.
For ENTJ personality types, productivity and efficiency are crucial. They hate the feeling that they're wasting time and the same goes for the people around them.
What ESFPs Hate About School. ESFPs are action-oriented, practical, and individualistic. As a result, they tend to hate the overly-structured, monotonous nature of most school settings. As extraverted sensing dominant personalities, they learn better when they can get up and move and be active while learning.
