So the most alpha types are ESTPs and ESTJs. Usually it's Thinking types, but ESFP males are also leaders of the pack. Generally alpha males have the perception of being someone that doesn't care about what other people think and do what they want, which is definition of Thinking over Feeling.
ISTJ: Beta and Beta. They can't function without a task.

Alpha females share similar personality traits as their male counterparts, described by Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) as ENTJ (Extraversion, iNtuition, Thinking, Judgment).
INFJ is the rarest personality type across the population, occurring in just 2% of the population. It is also the rarest personality type among men. INFJ stands for Introversion, Intuition, Feeling, and Judging. This unique combination is hard to find in most people.

The ENTJ personality type, also known as “The Commander,” is characterized as a natural leader. These high-achiever individuals are typically described as logical, confident, expressive, assertive and goal-orientated.

ENFJs take the crown for the most manipulative personality type. ENFJs have high emotional intelligence and strong intuition.
Otherwise, the Se (Extroverted Sensing) types in general are going to be the most risk seeking in general, while the Si (Introverted Sensing) types are going to be the most risk averse. To sum up, The XNFJ and XNTJ types can be very risky if they calculate that it's worth it.
ENTJs are often stereotyped as the ruthless, inconsiderate ladder-climbers of the personality community.
"While the INTJ personality type is known for being highly intelligent, they also score high on trustworthiness, probably because they are self-aware enough to recognize the importance of trust in human relationships," Parmar explains.
Many ENTJs talk to themselves as a way to process their thoughts. Others diagram, take notes or chart their thoughts on notepads, whiteboards, or anything available. At times, ENTJs can be confusing for other types to understand (particularly sensing types) because their thoughts veer into the metaphorical or abstract.
Logicians (INTP) and Architects (INTJ) were among the least likely personality types to want children, with 60% each agreeing. Both of these types approach important decisions through the lens of rational analysis rather than emotion.
INTJ: deep feelers
INTJs are often seen as cold-hearted, detached, and objective—but they only appear as such on the outside. That's because they're not reactive, meaning they don't show emotion in front of those they don't know well.
One of the most positive Myers-Briggs types is the ENFJ, or those who are extroverted, intuitive, feeling, and judging. "Known for their optimism and upbeat personality, ENFJs are known for being fun to be around and for being idealist organizers who want to create a better way," Owens says.
