Yoda is the only Jedi Master to die of old age.
Yoda was a wise, experienced, and powerful Grand Master of the Jedi of an unknown species and the oldest known prophet in existence (having lived at least 900 years), considered the wisest and most powerful Jedi Master within the Star Wars universe.
Thousands of Jedi throughout the galaxy were killed, including Ki-Adi-Mundi on Mygeeto, Aayla Secura on Felucia, Plo Koon in the skies of Cato Neimoidia, Stass Allie on Saleucami, Depa Billaba on Kaller, Jaro Tapal in the Bracca system, and even Jedi younglings.

All season, The Bad Batch has been showing the pangs of regret that some clones feel over actions such as Order 66 and the destruction on Kamino.

During the Battle of Kashyyyk, Jedi Grand Master Yoda was forced to flee when Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine issued Order 66 to clone troopers across the galaxy. Striking down Clone Commander Gree and a clone scout trooper, Yoda escaped Kachirho with the help of Wookiee warriors Tarfful and Chewbacca.
Yoda was warned about Order 66 in advance and could have taken action to prevent it, so why did the Jedi Master choose to ignore the warning? Star Wars revealed that Yoda received a warning about Order 66 at the start of the Clone Wars, making it unclear why the Jedi Master chose to ignore it.
Order 99 is designed by Sidious, and its sole purpose is to contain or exterminate the Separatist Alliance if anything else failed. Once Order 99 has been commanded to the battle droids, their systems would restart, and then, all battle droids would open fire on any member of the Separatist Alliance.
