The Garden of Eden is considered lost from Earth, either physically submerged by rising sea levels after the last ice age (with theories placing it in the Persian Gulf region) or removed spiritually/physically by God after Adam and Eve's expulsion, with some traditions believing it now exists in Heaven or will be restored in a perfected future world. Its precise location is unknown, as a worldwide flood and geological changes would have obscured any original site, and its mythological status suggests it might not be a single, findable place.
Genesis 7:9-12 (NKJV)
No normal plant life or vegetation, other than those made to exist underwater, would have survived the flood. This would include the Garden of Eden. It was a physical garden made upon a physical earth for man to tend, therefore it would have been destroyed n the flood.
Suggestions for the location of Eden include the head of the Persian Gulf, as argued by Juris Zarins, in southern Mesopotamia where the Tigris and Euphrates rivers run into the sea; and in the Armenian Highlands or Armenian National Plateau.
In the bible it was mentioned that the Garden of Eden was surrounded by 4 rivers known as Pison, Gihon, Tigris, and Euphrates. By mentioning Tigris and Euphrates, it is indicated that ancient Mesopotamia would be the location of the Garden of Eden (modern day Iraq, Syria, and Turkey).
Nevertheless, based on the mention of the Tigris and Euphrates, we can assume that the Garden of Eden drew some inspiration from an area in Iraq and Iran where these two rivers meet near the Persian Gulf.
You can still visit the Garden of Eden in the winter, although the swimming holes will likely be far too cold for swimming. However, it's still a beautiful trail and peaceful area, even if it's too cold for a dip in the water.
Unfortunately, as we noted in the introduction, most ancient historians and archaeologists generally want several separate sources of evidence before they will believe something to be factually substantiated, and that is simply not possible in the case of the Garden of Eden.
Because God is omniscient, He knows everyone before their conception and birth. He knows those that are His and those that are not His, He isn't bound by time. Before Jeremiah was born, He appointed Jeremiah to be His prophet and appointed him to be God's messenger to the people.
The rivers were the Pishon, the Gihon, the Tigris and the Euphrates. Two rivers we still have, and if you follow the dried up Pishon and Gihon to where they all cross, that specific area is under water currently and as live4him says, the flood wiped it away.
The person killed by God for not impregnating (specifically, for refusing to fulfill his duty to provide offspring for his deceased brother's wife) was Onan, a figure from the Old Testament (Genesis 38). God put him to death because Onan practiced withdrawal (spilling his seed on the ground) to prevent his sister-in-law, Tamar, from conceiving, which was considered wicked in the Lord's sight.
Archaeologists led by Dr. John Smith believe they've finally pinned down the Garden of Eden, and they say it's buried in northern Iraq, near the borders of Turkey and Iran. Their discovery began when Dr. Smith, who had spent years poring over ancient artifacts and texts, found a hidden cave system.
In reality, these bald assertions aren't based on objective investigation, but on materialist assumptions that dismiss out of hand any non-natural explanations for the origin of life. Science can neither prove nor disprove whether Adam and Eve existed, nor does it need to.
God, by definition, transcends the rules of time and space, existing outside the framework of creation. This means He doesn't need a beginning because He exists in a reality beyond our own.
The Tree of Life still stands as a living symbol of resilience on the edge of the Pacific. Just north of Kalaloch Lodge, near the campground, stands one of the most iconic and beloved landmarks on the Olympic coast: the Tree of Life.
Satan assumes the form of a serpent, and enters Eden. The serpent was a beautiful creature, with wings; and while flying through the air, his appearance was bright, resembling burnished gold. He did not go upon the ground, but went from place to place through the air, and ate fruit like man.
Low water levels and stagnation, as seen in the Euphrates, are a cause for health concerns primarily because they induce microbial growth and can lead to disease outbreak.
But Edwards was convinced, as were the Church Fathers before Augustine, that Jesus began his redemptive work in the garden of Eden, just after the Fall. Because the Father is all-holy, he cannot abide the direct presence of sin or sinners, as Scripture teaches.
The word Eden عَدْنٍ mentioned 11 times in Quran in 11 verses. Allah has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence; but approval from Allah is greater. It is that which is the great attainment.
Joshua 24:14–15 Reminds Us to Serve God
And then for us to pray that God would save us from idols in our country. We must decide if we will serve God or ourselves. Let's do that. God, we start this prayer by saying you alone are God.
If there is an eternal soul, must you have existed before birth? Christianity has generally understood the soul fairly simply: your soul is created at conception, 'knit together in your mother's womb,' then when you die you go to either hell or heaven, or purgatory first if you are a Catholic, forever.
Now, the Christian answer to this is that God didn't come from anything. God has just always been there. He has always existed. This is what the Bible means when it says that God is “from everlasting to everlasting” (1 Chron.
Biblical: Adam and Eve lived in the Garden of Eden. They lost their paradise by consuming the forbidden fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. This temptation of knowledge was offered by Satan.

We do not know exactly where the original site of the Garden of Eden is. While not an important or foundational doctrine, Joseph Smith established a settlement in Daviess County, Missouri, and taught that the Garden of Eden was somewhere in that area.
The story of the Book of Genesis places the first man and woman, Adam and Eve, in the Garden of Eden, where they may eat the fruit of many trees, but are forbidden by God to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
