Krillin is a human (specifically, a human-type Earthling). He is a martial artist and one of the most prominent full-blooded human characters in the Dragon Ball series.
His eyes are white in the manga so making his eyes the same color as his skin was just a wierd color choice made by Toei.

His Japanese name, “Kuririn,” derives from the word, “kuri,” which is "chestnut," symbolizing his bald preference, and the Chinese word, “Shorin,” which is Shaolin. Also, his character was visually depicted as a Shaolin monk.
Krillin, a character in the Dragon Ball series, does have hair in certain segments. He shaves his head as part of his monastic training, but is not naturally bald.

The kanji 悟 (Go) in Goku's name means "wisdom," "enlightenment," "awareness," or "to perceive," representing his journey of understanding and spiritual growth, derived from the Buddhist concept of awakening to emptiness (空, Kū). He wears this symbol on his gi after intense training, signifying his mastery and connection to Buddhist principles, much like the original Monkey King character.
Krillin: 86, often doesn't understand simple stuff or acts dumb, but he's also not as dumb as goku by far as shown already in the original DB. Buu: 30, Buu is like an animal, he never gets anything, he just eats, sleeps and fights and that's it.
The Ultimate Tenkaichi Hero manages to defeat Omega Shenron and collects all seven but is confronted by Ultimate Shenron who attacks them when he is summoned due to Omega Shenron's negative energy. The hero manages to defeat Ultimate Shenron, removing the negative energy from him restoring the Dragon to normal.

So while Super Saiyan Blue is stronger than Super Saiyan god from the first arc, Super Saiyan god has more potential. It has been said that a user of the form god-like saiyan, if they go Super Saiyan while using the technique, the automatically ascend to Super Saiyan Blue.
