While Thor's short temper has been well-documented, his determination is also a major weakness. Thor's determination is a weakness in that he keeps throwing himself at an adverse situation to the point of threatening his life.
Within the MCU, they have established Thor as an immortal, making him an invaluable member of the Avengers and one of the most powerful beings to ever exist. As a result he can be killed in battle, but he will always return to his body one way or another.
While losing Mjolnir undoubtedly makes Thor a weaker fighter, but a much stronger character; now, the question of worthiness is up to him, and he cannot rely on a weapon to tell him if he's doing the right thing.
Hela Was Worthy Enough to Destroy Mjolnir
But the impactful scene in Thor: Ragnarok depicts Hela catching Mjolnir in mid-air before then crushing it to pieces. Odin previously told Thor the power of the Uru metal had no equal. Clearly, however, that was an overstatement, considering Hela destroys the hammer with ease.

Franklin Richards is the immortal hero of the multiverse
In the Marvel comics, Franklin Richards has the power to make thoughts real. But in one of the alternate universes, Richards of Earth 12665 has become immortal. He is the adult version of the character and managed to gain powers to defeat two celestials.
Self-Sustenance: Thor can go weeks, months, and even years without food or water. He doesn't need air or sleep. He can even breathe in the vacuum or space and can breathe underwater. Dimensional Travel: Thor can travel through dimensions with just his bare hands and can even trap people in other dimensions.
As everyone knows, Thor is the God of Thunder - which comes with a few perks. For one, he's nearly invincible. But do not mistake him being nearly invincible for him being invulnerable. He can be harmed, and, if the circumstances are right, even killed, though that is nigh-impossible.
Hercules / Zeus
While not cosmic (none of that on this list!), he can survive the vacuum of space and resist cosmic attacks. He ranks above Thor here because he's technically the stronger of the two. In fact, he is considered by many authorities to be the physically strongest character Marvel has ever created.

Hercules has matched his strength with Thor on more than one occasion over the years. The two gods have gone back and forth, with each one taking a decisive win over the other. Hercules even proved he was worthy of Thor's power when Odin selected him as his son's temporary replacement.
Thor's main fear is losing his worthiness because it would mean he isn't fit to protect Earth or lift Mjolnir.
He was rendered unworthy, because in his heart he believed what Fury said was true. In effect, Thor knew “how it feels to be mortal” and in his mind mortals are unworthy of Mjolnir and the powers of Thor. It's important to note here that Thor's unworthiness was of his own design.
Discovering a talent for magic and manipulation, Loki became the god of lies and mischief and Thor's fiercest enemy. Over the years, he's fought the heroic thunder god in many different ways, sometimes directly, sometimes by creating new super-villains, sometimes by tricking allies into turning against him.

Hawkeye. On numerous occasions in the comics, Clint Barton has said he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow. Unfortunately, his lack of power usually leads to him suffering injuries regularly and has led to fans deeming him the weakest member of the Avengers.
Thor. While Steve Rogers gets the title of the oldest human avenger, Thor Odinson, as the mighty Asgardian God of Thunder, has a much longer life span than any of his Earth-born friends.
And Mathaudhu can cite documentary sources to back him up. For example, Marvel – which publishes the Thor comics – issued a “Thor's Hammer” trading card in 1991 that states Mjolnir is made of Uru and weighs precisely 42.3 pounds. That's lighter than a herd of 300 billion mice, much less a herd of 300 billion elephants.
Captain Marvel, aka Shazam, is one of the most powerful heroes DC has to offer. He's on Superman's level, though Shazam's powers are derived from magic. However, being powerful is not what makes Shazam worthy of Mjolnir. In fact, Shazam is not the one who is worthy of the hammer; Billy Batson is.
