Psychologists say that love is the strongest emotion. Humans experience a range of emotions from happiness to fear and anger with its strong dopamine response, but love is more profound, more intense, affecting behaviors, and life-changing.
Reason is infinitely more powerful than emotion if we make proper and conscious use of it. It allows us to regulate the emotional response. It leads us to balance the conflict. It gives us the ability to feel our emotions properly and modulate them in response to a stressful stimulus.
The most frequent (and by far the most powerful) is love, followed by joy, gratitude, serenity, interest, hope, pride, amusement, inspiration and awe. Positive emotions are cultivated in a unique way by each individual.
Of all the different types of emotions, happiness tends to be the one that people strive for the most.
Being enamored of something or with someone goes far beyond liking them, and it's even more flowery than love. Enamored means smitten with, or totally infatuated. Someone enamored with another will perhaps even swoon.
Many people say that one of the most difficult emotions to handle is anger. Anger can weaken your ability to solve problems effectively, make good decisions, handle changes, and get along with others. Concerns about anger control are very common.

This makes love more difficult – fear “threatens or prevents love”. So that's why fear can seem more powerful than love. It is more primitive and in some senses easier than love. (Fear is said to be associated with a part of our brains we share other vertebrates, the amygdala.)
Fear and Anger as Motivators
Both fear and anger motivate us, with fear being more powerful in doing so.
Love could give you the ability to endure struggles, work hard, and make sacrifices. For example, if you're going through a difficult time and have the people you love nearby, you might feel better than if you were struggling alone. Studies also show that love can reduce the chance of physical pain and disease.
This may be attributed to what is known as the arousal effect of emotion. This theory posits that love (which has a high arousal effect) can quickly shift into a negative emotion like hate. We may fail to realize how seamlessly we can go from loving a person to hating them.
Hate is a mighty strong emotion. This mental venom can pollute your spirit, poison your soul and seep into all of the relationships that surround you. Anyone who has found themselves wrapped up in the arms of hate knows how damaging and mind-consuming it can become.
Anger. This tends to be the easiest for beginning actors to achieve. Sometimes just volume can bring it on.
Anger. This emotion is the most dangerous because it can cause us to take actions that we may later regret. Finding healthy ways to express our anger is critical during this time so that we stay on track with our recovery. Boredom.
Results showed that happiness is among the easiest emotions to recognize while the disgust is always among the most difficult emotions to recognize for older adults.
Agape — Selfless Love. Agape is the highest level of love to offer. It's given without any expectations of receiving anything in return. Offering Agape is a decision to spread love in any circumstances — including destructive situations.
Self-love is the hardest kind of love.

Anger is a secondary emotion
Typically, we experience a primary emotion like fear, loss, or sadness first. Because these emotions create feelings of vulnerability and loss of control, they make us uncomfortable. One way of attempting to deal with these feelings is by subconsciously shifting into anger.
If we summarized all the research done toward labeling the basic human emotions we would generally conclude there are 5 basic emotions: joy, fear, sadness, disgust and anger.
