Sex Positions: Having sex in the missionary position is said to increase your chance of conceiving a girl, because it limits the depth of penetration. This in turn, restricts how close to the cervix, the sperm are ejaculated.
While there are no science-backed sex positions that boost the odds of getting pregnant, missionary position (or woman on bottom, man on top) can get sperm closer to your cervix and the goal line. Propping a pillow under your hips puts gravity in your favor.
Doggy style, or rear entry, may also be better for conception. Hot sex, as it were, will not cure male infertility due to low sperm counts. If anything, it may just give the still low counts a small boost. However, keep in mind that a less-than-ideal position for intercourse is not going to cause infertility.

Deep penetration, for example doggy style, means the male sperm that can swim faster start their race closer to the cervix and are more likely to reach the egg first, resulting in a boy. To try and conceive a girl, Shettles suggested avoiding deep penetration, favouring the missionary position.

Some fertility drugs work by stimulating a woman's ovaries, which can sometimes cause them to release more than one egg. If sperm fertilizes both of these eggs, this can result in twins. In vitro fertilization (IVF) can also increase the chance of conceiving twins.
