The title of largest land predator that ever walked on Earth goes to the Spinosaurus. This meat-eating dinosaur lived about 90-100 million years ago. It was about 60 feet long, 12 feet high, weighed at least 13 to 22 tons and had a skull roughly 6 feet long.

Giganotosaurus and Tyrannosaurus Rex did not live on the earth at the same time. Giganotosaurus was bigger and faster, but T-Rex had a stronger bite force and more teeth. In a fight between Giganotosaurus and T-Rex, the Tyrannosaurus would win.

Not only is the blue whale the largest animal to live on the Earth today, they are also the largest animal to have ever existed on Earth. A blue whale can grow up to 100 feet long and weigh upwards of 200 tons.
It's thought that megalodon sharks became extinct in part due to climate change: as oceans grew colder, they may not have been able to regulate their temperatures as needed. Lack of prey could be behind the megalodon's extinction, as many marine animals and fish could not survive the cold temperatures.
Megalodons are extinct. They died out about 3.5 million years ago. And scientists know this because, once again, they looked at the teeth. All sharks – including megalodons – produce and ultimately lose tens of thousands of teeth throughout their lives.
“Tyrannosaurus rex remains the one true king of the dinosaurs,” said paleontologist Steve Brusatte, study coauthor of the latest analysis and professor at The University of Edinburgh's School of Geosciences in Scotland, in a news release.

Exerts Most Absolute Force: Whales
A blue whale can generate a maximum force of approximately 60 kilonewtons. Whales can claim the title of the strongest creature on the planet simply due to their enormous size.

Many people think the T-Rex is the king of all dinosaurs in terms of size, but the Spinosaurus dwarfs it. Spinosaurus weighs 31,000 pounds, stood 23ft tall, and could reach 60ft in length. This was a much larger creature, especially for a carnivore. Spinosaurus gets the advantage in terms of sheer size.
The T-rex would beat a Komodo dragon in a fight using its massive size advantage and powerful bite. Although unlikely, the Komodo dragon might attempt an ambush attack if it absolutely had to fight the monstrous dinosaur. It would probably not succeed in doing much damage, though.
rex wasn't simply a scavenger: it actively hunted live prey, including sizable vertebrates like Edmontosaurus annectens, which could grow to be almost 10 feet tall and weigh up to 7,700 pounds.
rex tasted more like poultry than, say, beef or pork. Its flavor would likely have been closer to that of a carnivorous bird—perhaps a hawk—than a chicken. What does a hawk taste like? It's probably not far off from the dark meat of a turkey but would be more pungent because of its all-meat diet.
Evidence suggests an asteroid impact was the main culprit. Volcanic eruptions that caused large-scale climate change may also have been involved, together with more gradual changes to Earth's climate that happened over millions of years.
The second biggest shark in the world is the basking shark
While they don't get quite as large as whale sharks, the largest one ever reliably measured was 12.27 metres or just over 40 feet long. This is enough to net them the title of the world's second-largest shark.
