And, yes, it's a lot of sugar. In fact, the Frappé has more sugar than any other drink on the McDonald's menu, including its other McCafé drinks. A small Caramel Frappé has 55 grams of sugar, the medium has 67 grams, and the large has a whopping 89 grams.
