The HG Custom variant is capable of firing gold rounds made from Chiralium instead of hematic ones, making it a ridiculously good weapon to use against BTs. Additionally, it now has a grenade launcher attachment that can fire both lethal and non-lethal grenade rounds, expanding its versatility.
The Anti-BT Handgun is the most effective weapon you can use against BTs considering its low construction value and great effectiveness. It uses Sam's blood, so make sure to carry a couple of Blood Bags with you.
The Handgun is the first lethal weapon that you can find in Death Stranding. The big difference that you'll notice right away is that it doesn't use Sam's blood, and can actually kill other humans, which is prohibited in the game. You'll mainly get to use it during your trips to "the other side".
Bola gun. You'll unlock this not long after you reach the Central Region. It's a non-lethal gun that ties up the human Mules you encounter. It's not a permanent solution though so remember to kick them before they struggle free.
Assault rifle (HG Custom)
This model is also capable of firing both hematic rounds and gold rounds, making it highly effective against BTs.
To summarise: the strategy is to continue moving while crouched - don't run! - while holding your breath, occasionally stopping to catch your breath before the stamina gauge drops too low, then waiting until it recovers so you can hold it and move away again. Repeat this until you are far away from the BT.
In terms of effectiveness, Lethal Anti-Personnel weapons are much more efficient at clearing out MULEs and other human foes than Non-Lethal Anti-Personnel weapons, though, at the expense of causing more BTs to spawn in areas where enemy blood was shed.
To cause voidout, you need to get eaten by a giant BT just like the poor guy in the 2017 teaser trailer. Each giant BT has a different attack pattern, but every so often, they will dive headfirst into you (to eat you). If you stray too far from a giant BT, it may use a long-range attack which will only harm you.
Sam's backpack can hold a maximum of 4x2 spaces (8 Small, 4 Medium, 2 Large, or 1 XL + 1 Medium). Anything that does not fit will be placed onto the stack above the backpack, which has a capacity of 10x2. Sam can only fit Small containers onto his shoulders and hips.
When focusing on the main objectives, Death Stranding is about 40½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 113 Hours to obtain 100% completion.
Non-Lethal Assault Rifle
And if you want a gun that packs the hardest punch, then in this case, you're going to want the Assault Rifle. The Non-Lethal Assault Rifle is equally as effective against both BTs and MULEs, and can render both types of enemy helpless and without a leg to stand on.
Much of the crying in Death Stranding is just a slightly more complex version of the kind of allergies many people experience. Instead of being allergic to cats, dust, or tree pollen, Sam 'Porter' Bridges and many of the primary characters have an allergic response to something called Chiralium.
A Bridge Baby, abbreviated as BB, is an unborn fetus that has been taken from a stillmother to be used as equipment by Bridges operatives, and some separatist groups, granting them the ability to sense and detect the Beached Things.
New shooters are often flummoxed by the letters “BT,” which frequently follow the names of several types of bullets: FMJBT, HPBT, SPBT and so on. “BT” stands for boat tail, or boat tail bullets, which describes how the base of the bullet is shaped.
BT Fibre 2 is also perfect for online gaming with faster upload speeds, and it uploads large files fast enough to save you time.
Your cargo — specifically things that you were carrying as part of a standard order — will become lost if it falls off of your back, and you get too far away from it. (The distance seems to be about a half of a kilometer or so.) Lost cargo will disappear from your world and appear in someone else's.
Standard order 145 is the hardest order in Death Stranding. It is the hardest order in Death Stranding because it is the only one you can't prepare for.
The Cicada MC 2000 is capable of carrying more cargo than any other vehicle or equipment in the game, making it one of the more important transport options at the player's disposal. Like the other vehicles, this option is powered by batteries, so players will have to construct generators to continuously use them.
If you want to kill a BT, you'll have to wait until you're introduced to another weapon: hematic grenades. These weapons use blood to cut the BTs connection to your world. A single hematic grenade can kill a BT, completely removing it from your current area and turning it to chiral crystals.
Gameplay. A voidout is triggered when Sam is caught and devoured by a Catcher. Sam enters the Seam and, when he repatriates, the area where he was caught becomes a crater. The crater itself becomes inaccessible to Sam, as he will begin to float due to the Chiralium density in the crater.
In Death Stranding, your character Sam carries a small baby in an orange bottle strapped to his chest. It stays with him at all times. The child, called a BB, is essentially a tool: it alerts Sam to ghostly apparitions called BTs, which dot the post-apocalyptic landscape he must traverse.
An upgraded Bola Gun with longer range, greater area of effect, and increased ammo capacity. This binding weapon uses high-pressure gas to fire strands at targets, neutralizing them without causing injury. Sam's blood is woven into the fibers of the strands, meaning that they are also effective against BTs.
Arguably the best and most difficult to acquire is the All-Terrain Exo-Skeleton which improves Sam's footing on all landscapes, increasing speed in snowy areas and reducing the likelihood of falling. Getting this skeleton isn't easy, however, and requires traveling to the far north during Episode 6.
Some weapons are capable of using different types of ammo, most of the time Normal ammo and Sam's Blood ammo. Lethal Anti-BT: This type of weapon can harm humans and contains ammo made with Sam's blood. It can also harm BTs on its own. Non-Lethal Anti-BT: Another type of weapon contains ammo made with Sam's blood.
