The shock of the loss of her father, combined with the Greens' ruthless betrayal sends her into early labor. Without modern medicine, a baby born so early had very little chance of survival in the best of circumstances - and in these terrible conditions the baby, a girl named Visenya, is stillborn.
Rhaenyra's baby died during childbirth. Rhaenyra was planning on naming her daughter Visenya after Queen Visenya Targaryen, the older sister and wife of Aegon the Conqueror.
A second followed in episode six, when Rhaenyra (Emma D'Arcy) gives birth to Joffrey. In episode 10, Rhaenyra, shortly after learning her father King Viserys (Paddy Considine) has died, goes into early labour, which leads to her baby being stillborn.

Rhaenyra's three eldest sons all died fighting during the Dance of the Dragons, but her two youngest sons, the sons by her second husband, Prince Daemon, survived the civil war.
Aemond killed Rhaenyra's son after a dragon chase through the rain, before which Aemond laughed and tried to cut out Luke's eye. The pursuit culminated in Aemond losing control of his dragon, which brutally chomped Luke and his dragon.

One of the first times we see Rhaenyra as truly angry throughout the entirety of Season 1 is during the traumatic miscarriage of her daughter Visenya.
In House of the Dragon's season 1 finale, Rhaenyra learns about the tragic death of her beloved son Lucerys Velaryon, after having sent the young boy to deliver a message to Lord Borros Baratheon.
Rhaenrya takes the news of her son's death none too well. The look she gives the camera upon Daemon delivering the news suggests she is ready to burn Alicent's family alive. The Season 1 finale was named “The Black Queen,” and it seems that Rhaenyra is finally ready to take on that title.
Rhaenyra and Daemon both know Laenor is alive, and faked his death.
One month premature, Visenya was a stillborn. The labour had begun when Princess Rhaenyra heard the news from King's Landing, that her father, King Viserys I Targaryen, had died, and that her half-brother, Prince Aegon, had claimed the throne and had been crowned King, despite Rhaenyra having been Viserys' heir.
While Daemon and Rhaenyra have been circling each other for quite some time, the finale revealed a darker and more toxic aspect of their relationship when, arguing over how to proceed against Aegon II (Tom Glynn-Carney), Daemon chokes Rhaenyra in order to get his point across.
Daemon grabs Rhaenyra by the neck, choking her and saying that Viserys wanted desperately to make his reign more significant. He says dreams didn't make them kings, dragons did.
Rhaenyra and Daemon's sons Aegon, Viserys, and Visenya Targaryen. Sorry for the spoiler, but we did watch Daemon and Rhaenyra get married in last week's episode, so you probably knew this was coming! We haven't seen them yet in the show, but Daemon and Rhaenyra have three sons together.
In 117 AC, Rhaenyra gave birth to her third son, whom Laenor named Joffrey, in honor of Ser Joffrey Lonmouth.
Daemon and Rhaenyra share two children together: Aegon III and Viserys II.
Will Harwin return for future episodes? It's unlikely. By the end of Episode 6, Queen Alicent's political ally, Larys Strong, hires criminals to set Harrenhal on fire. Harwin and his father, Lyonel Strong, both die in the blaze.
She later married Ser Laenor Velaryon and gave birth to three sons; Jacaerys, Lucerys and Joffrey Velaryon, although many believed they were instead bastards of Rhaenyra's lover, Ser Harwin Strong.
King Aerys II Targaryen ("The Mad King")
The final undisputed monarch of the Seven Kingdoms from House Targaryen, King Aerys II Targaryen is widely known as the "Mad King" who was usurped by King Robert I Baratheon. Aerys II is a direct descendant of King Viserys I Targaryen through his daughter Rhaenyra.

Not long after they were married, Rhaenyra gave birth to their first son together named Aegon III. It appears that she gave birth to their second son Viserys II within approximately 18 months of Aegon's birth.
Nonetheless, Rhaenyra and Daemon's youngest son becomes King Viserys II Targaryen, with the crown passing through his line. New episodes of House of the Dragon release Sundays on HBO/HBO Max.
