Water is best for liver health, but other beneficial drinks include coffee (in moderation), green tea, beetroot juice, lemon/ginger/peppermint teas, and grapefruit juice (check medications), all offering hydration, antioxidants, or compounds that support detoxification and reduce liver fat/inflammation. Coconut water and fruit-infused water also add electrolytes and nutrients, while avoiding sugary drinks and limiting alcohol is key for liver protection.
