In Islam, the "3 baby girls" most prominently referenced refer to the virtuous act of raising three daughters (or sisters, or children) with care, patience, and support, guaranteeing Paradise for the parent, and also to Zainab, Ruqayya, and Umm Kulthum, daughters of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
