In The Quarry, the choice to "run to camp or help Nick" (as Abigail in Chapter 3) has minimal immediate impact, as a gunshot scares the creature off in both scenarios, but it changes dialogue later, making Nick perceive you as selfish if you leave him, while trying to help him improves his opinion. The core outcome is the same: Abigail gets attacked, but another gunshot saves her, leading to a chase where failure to climb a tree results in infection, but success means escape.
If Eric decides to save Nick, he will tackle The Ancient One into the pit. However, before Nick can get Eric up, vampire Rachel attacks both guys, then after grabbing Eric, falls into the pit with him. If Eric runs away or is killed by vampire Rachel, Nick will throw sand into The Ancient One.
If Abigail does not shoot Nick or misses the shot as he's transforming into a werewolf, he will rip her head off.
Chapter 3: After Nick is bitten by the werewolf and players are given control over Abigail, choose to Help Nick. Abigail will lure the beast away, and she can avoid getting bitten as well by not getting caught and succeeding with the Hold Breath option.
Nick is given the option to hide or run. Hiding triggers a Don't Breathe segment as Bobby enters the room. Successfully completing this results in all three escaping through the window without being seen. Failing the Don't Breathe segment, choosing to run, or doing nothing results in Abigail being grabbed by Bobby.
Nick Clark's death in Fear the Walking Dead was not a creative decision, but rather a request made by actor Frank Dillane. Dillane asked to leave the show after being on it for three or four years and feeling that it was time to move on.
Max, Nick and Laura are the only protagonists who always get infected and turn into werewolves. Emma, Dylan, and Jacob are the only protagonists who can get infected and able to turn into werewolves. Abigail, Ryan, and Kaitlyn are the only protagonists who can get infected, but never turn into werewolves.
Later during the Vault Nick must survive, choose 'Advance' while planting the bombs. Pass all the QTEs and Keep Calm moments. The 'ancient warrior' will grab Nick, complete the following QTE and Nick will save himself with the stake, unlocking the achievement.
If Nick Valentine is brought along as a companion, it is revealed that DiMA and Nick are technically "brothers," as they were the first two prototypes of the Institute's attempts to give a machine free will and thought (talking to Nick afterwards will reveal him to be rattled by the revelation).
If Dylan is infected in Chapter 5 and Ryan does not cut off his hand, Dylan's survival is guaranteed, as Silas (and possibly Emma) won't attack him, he'll turn into a werewolf and no one can kill him.
The actress in real life has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. While this is of course true, in the book Serena is an older woman who walks with a cane. I thought they were just incorporating this into another character until I read about the actress having EDS.
To save Nick, you'll need to make one specific decision in Chapter 8. His first and only possible death can take place here, and it doesn't matter all the previous choices you have made through the whole story at this point. For example, he won't die if you shoot him as Abigail in Chapter 6.
After his conversation with Lawrence on the plane where he said June asked him to "give all this up" its a CLEAR foreshadowing as to why he couldn't (or wouldn't, really) leave Gilead, or his position as Commander. In his mind, before Gilead, he was nobody.. Therefore WITHOUT Gilead he would be nobody.
If Nick uses his rifle (which he automatically does if he did not obtain the crucifix), he can complete a QTE to shoot at The Ancient One, but this has no effect. If Nick uses the crucifix, he shows it to the Ancient One as the latter stares in confusion.
The popular 87-year-old waved goodbye to Craiglang after telling show creators Ford Kiernan and Greg Hemphill that it was time for him to call it a day. James admits he was beginning to struggle with travelling through to Glasgow from his home in Musselburgh, East Lothian, for filming.
Rachel can escape, become infected while trying to fight or rescue Eric, or be killed and infected by The Ancient One.
DiMA is an experimental second generation synth prototype, a "brother" to Nick Valentine. The two were the first synths capable of independent thinking and judgment.
Romancing Cait can be done once the Benign Intervention quest is complete. You then need to make selfish or violent dialogue choices, drink alcohol and pickpocket others. Doing enough of this will prompt an option to enter a relationship with Cait.
In Fallout 4's "The Devil's Due" quest, neither option is strictly "better," as it depends on your playstyle: returning the egg yields a friendly Deathclaw encounter, a free Deathclaw Gauntlet, and positive companion reactions, while selling it to Wellingham earns you more caps (up to 500 with Charisma checks) and a unique recipe, but you miss the unique interaction and miss out on a powerful melee weapon. Returning it is often seen as the more "good" or compassionate choice for a unique reward, but selling offers bigger caps and a funny quest conclusion.
While it varies by player, Jessica and Matt are generally considered the hardest characters to keep alive in Until Dawn, primarily due to specific, unforgiving choices and QTEs (Quick Time Events) that can lead to their early, brutal deaths, often conflicting with player instincts like saving Emily. Jessica faces incredibly tight timing in Chapter 2, while Matt's survival hinges on a crucial, counter-intuitive decision in Chapter 4.
June manages to smuggle a tape to Luke where she explains that Nichole was "born out of love", between her and Nick and that her real name is Holly.
Whether he shoots or not, Nick will emerge from the bushes (he will be unfazed if Ryan shot him) and express urgency to leave.
Alex is kissed by Mason in "Alex Charms a Boy" but doesn't get changed into a werewolf, like Justin in "Beware Wolf," when he kissed Isabella. This is explained to be because Mason is a purebred and not a mutt. Alex, her family, and Harper discover that Mason is a werewolf.
If Salim inspects the hatching cocoon, Jason will tell Nick to go right. As Nick moves on, The Ancient One follows behind him. If Salim doesn't inspect the hatching cocoon, Jason will ask Nick to decide himself, after which the latter can go left or right. Either way, The Ancient One follows behind him.
