Qui-Gon Jinn was 48 years old in the current Star Wars canon when he died in The Phantom Menace, but in the older "Legends" continuity, he was 60 years old; his death occurred in 32 BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin).
Palpatine is apparently younger than Qui-Gon and Dooku. It says Dooku was born in 102 BBY (they just gave him Christopher Lee's irl age, though he looks younger). It says Qui-Gon was born in 92 BBY (?!?!?!).
