There's no word on what happened to the White family after Walt's death, but El Camino confirmed that Jesse Pinkman survived the compound siege and that he made it to Alaska a free man, ready to start over.
That is once again in full evidence in one of El Camino's final moments, when Jesse, in his last act before becoming Mr. Driscoll, hands Ed a letter to mail to Brock (Ian Posada), the young son of Jesse's ex-girlfriend Andrea (Emily Rios).
Did Walt ever pay Jesse? He did, but ultimately none of it actually ended up in Jesse's pocket. If we're talking about the final time Jesse was owed money by Walt, it was when Jesse and Mike decided to leave the meth business and cash out for $5 million.
After Breaking Bad

Alaska is an American State located west of Canada. Alaska serves as Jesse's final destination following the events of "El Camino," and is nicknamed "The Last Frontier." It was chosen by Jesse due to a conversation with Mike Ehrmantraut in which Mike stated that Alaska would be a good place to make a new life.
Ed provides Jesse with a new identity with the surname "Driscoll" and smuggles him to Haines, Alaska. Jesse hands Ed a letter for Brock and says there is no one else he wants to say goodbye to. As Jesse drives off, he has a flashback to his time with Jane.
What's Ed's role in El Camino? After Jesse tracks down the correct vacuum cleaner repair store, Ed is none too thrilled to see him, since Jesse backed out on him back in Season Five. He tells Jesse that he'll have to pay double the amount in order to be disappeared, since he already owes $125k from last time.
The Breaking Bad episode "Hermanos" shows that Gus and his long-time business partner and boyfriend Max Arciniega started Los Pollos Hermanos as a front to sell methamphetamine that Max "cooked".
Walter White may be fictional. But the $80 million profit he turned by selling meth in less than a year is a very realistic sum for a true-life drug kingpin. It's not until the last season of Breaking Bad that viewers learn just how much cash their favorite meth-making anti-hero has accumulated by cooking crank.

Originally, Breaking Bad had a Skyler suicide plan, but this didn't pan out. After Walt's secrets came to light, Skyler's life went downhill fast. When her life fell apart and Walt disappeared, Skyler lost her assets and moved in with her kids in a small apartment with a job as a taxi dispatcher.
After "rescuing" Walter by killing Hank Schrader in a desert, Jack betrays Walt, steals most of Walt's remaining drug money and kidnaps Jesse as a cook slave. He spares Walt at the behest of Todd, but the latter ended up being a fugitive.
