Thor is more or less immortal, granted the gift of everlasting life, thanks to his Asgardian genes and his special diet of the Apples of Idunn. In Avengers: Infinity War, Thor revealed that he was over 1500 years old.
Longevity: It is a common misconception that Thor and the other Gods of Asgard are truly immortal. Unlike many other Asgardians, he cannot age by any conventional means. However, Thor and the other members of his race do age but at a rate so slow that to other beings they give the appearance of immortality.
It is often mentioned in several Marvel Comics and MCU movies that Asgardians are incredibly long-lived, with some characters even being centuries or thousands of years old. In Thor: Ragnarok, Odin stated that Asgardians can live for approximately 5,000 years.

Thor has survived the full force of a reignited neutron star, withstood an explosion caused by the Power Stone's energy and tanked being at the epicenter of the explosion of Sokovia. He can easily survive a nuclear explosion.

When it comes to the smartest Avenger, it has to be Iron-Man that is considered to be the most intelligent. While he and Bruce Banner are likely on a level when it comes to their scientific knowledge, the fact that he retains that when turning into Iron-Man just edges him above the big green guy.
