Eddie has brown eyes, 010 appears to have blue eyes. As it stands, the only two children (that we know of) to have survived Hawkins Lab and 001's massacre are Eleven and Eight (Kali). It would definitely be an absolute gag if 010 was still alive, but it's probably unlikely to be revealed that he is Eddie.
