A real man doesn't feel pressure to assert his masculinity. He doesn't need to show he's the alpha male. He is confident in who he is regardless of what others think. No man is expected to be perfect. However, a real man does what he can to strive for these ideals.
A real man's power resides in his innate values, his sense of balance, intellect, his ability to hold his own in any situation, and his mature handling of relationships. A real man treats a woman as an equal and a partner, rather than as an object.

A real man commits to the relationship fully.
He doesn't cheat. He is loyal to his partner and knows that relationships take hard work to keep strong and healthy. His affection to his woman is a full-time commitment. He nourishes and strengthens the relationship through ongoing, honest communication and team work.
High-value men are attracted to someone highly motivated, concentrated, and has a growth mindset. To put it another way, he doesn't want his companion to stifle his progress. Rather, he'll be on the lookout for someone with whom he can share his growth.
