Dial *67. This code will block your number so that your call shows up as an "Unknown" or "Private" number. Enter the code before the number that you're dialing, like so: *67-408-221-XXXX. This may work on cell phones and home phones, but it won't necessarily work on businesses.
Once your carrier sets you up with a private number, you can still use *82 if you run into call rejection. This step temporarily unblocks your number on a per-call basis. While you're on the phone, call your internet provider, too.

Take some time before you reach out to the person who blocked you. As tempting as it may be to reach out, waiting is usually a good idea. It's totally natural if you're wondering what went wrong. However, you're probably not going to get answers now—especially if you and the other person are both upset.
If you have confirmation that someone has blocked your contact on their phone, there's no way to unblock yourself remotely using any of your devices. Android phones move all blocked messages into a folder on the phone called “Spam and Blocked.” That means that the phone is still collecting messages from the blocked people; they just aren't notifying you.
So, when you are blocked by someone, you just need to hide your caller ID, and the person will not know you. To hide your caller ID is simple. On iPhone: Go to "Settings" > "Phone" > Scroll down to find "Show My Caller ID" and toggle it off.
With those caveats out of the way, here's how to call someone who has blocked you on their iPhone. You need to disguise your caller ID, which will prevent the receiving iPhone from knowing which number is calling. Open the Settings app, then go to Phone, and select 'Show My Caller ID'. Count the rings before voicemail

To know if someone blocked you on iPhone, try sending both an iMessage and SMS message. You can also check if you're blocked on social media apps, or try a different number or device. It's hard to know for sure if you're blocked, as it could also be Do Not Disturb or Airplane Mode.
If you see green bubbles, this means that your text messages are being sent through SMS, and they might have blocked you on iMessage. For example, if you send me a message and I receive it with a green bubble, this means that the message was sent through SMS rather than iMessage.
Try sending a text message
However, if a person has blocked you, you won't see either notification. Instead, there will just be a blank space beneath your text. It's worth noting that being blocked is not the only reason why you might not see a notification.
Give them time before reaching out.
When someone has blocked you, there is something fundamentally wrong. Either they don't trust you to leave them alone or they don't want to have to breakup with you in a mature way or something else. So if you ever reach out to them, you have made a move out of order.
In some cases, a person may block you simply because they no longer want to interact with you. People's priorities and interests can change over time, and they may find that they no longer have a connection with you.
