Yes, in the Game of Thrones show, Tywin Lannister does sleep with Shae, a shocking act revealed when Tyrion finds them together, but in the books, it's implied Tywin was keeping her prisoner, with no confirmed sexual encounter, though the ambiguity fuels debate, suggesting betrayal, leverage, or Tywin's own hypocrisy against his disdain for whores.
Shae most likely slept with Tywin because she was promised large amounts of money (things which she loved getting from Tyrion). Or she was pressured into it. We really can't be sure if she did it for money or she was pressured into it, and it's something that I don't believe that GRRM plans on revealing.
In Game of Thrones Shae was thought to have loved Tyrion Lannister until she betrayed him for his manipulative father, Tywin. Shae served as Sansa Stark's handmaiden while living in King's Landing, but her connection to Sansa only added to her paranoia when it came to trusting Tyrion.
Up until her betrayal, Shae genuinely cared about other people. Despite her relationship with Tyrion beginning as a customer/employer one they grew to love one another. She also grew attached to Sansa as she disguises herself as her handmaiden.
In Game of Thrones season 2, Arya Stark disguised herself as a cupbearer to Tywin Lannister while on the run after escaping King's Landing. While Tywin grew attached to her, it is unlikely he ever suspected her true identity as he would have used her as a hostage against her brother Robb if he had known.
He became infatuated with Catelyn and claims to have lost his virginity to her while drunk; in reality, he lost it to Lysa, who was obsessed with him.
His subtle smile at Arya may have been a "leak", where he couldn't hide his approval of Arya's decision. He may already have realized that Arya's destiny is not as a Faceless Man, but Arya herself did not know this until she explicitly restated her identity (thus causing Jaqen to smile, because Arya finally gets it).
However, when Tywin learns of the marriage plot he schemes to have Sansa's brother Robb Stark killed, knowing that would leave Sansa to inherit Winterfell and the North. He then commands his son Tyrion Lannister to marry Sansa.
#3 Cersei Lannister (Alcoholism)
The Queen of the Seven Kingdoms is also the undisputed “queen of wine.” The excessive consumption of alcohol often leads to physical and psychological addiction, and Cersei definitely fits the bill in both categories.
Unlike Cersei and Tywin, Jaime always treated Tyrion with a degree of love, kindness and respect. The Mad King, Aerys II, proclaims Jaime to his Kingsguard. Jaime began an incestuous relationship with his twin Cersei in his youth.
The kind words and kiss are Cersei's attempts to make Tyrion feel comfortable before she drops her bomb on him.
In Jaime's absence, Cersei takes their cousin Lancel Lannister as her lover, an affair that Tyrion discovers.
In the end, however, Shae betrayed Tyrion for material gain (though it backfired) and was ultimately strangled to death by the gold she coveted over a man who genuinely loved her.
But I actually think it's because they had already made the deal with Tommen by the time we see her standing on the steps, so at that point it had already been decided that she wasn't actually going to be made to do it in the first place.
1. Ramsay Bolton. Only Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon) could make Joffrey look tame. Fans thought his penchant for flaying prisoners and cutting pieces off of Theon Greyjoy was as dark as he could get.
If this is the same pregnancy that Cersei revealed in season 7, it's still Jaime's child. Back then the siblings were still sleeping together and the baby could be no one but Jaime's. Cersei was not ashamed of that fact and told Jaime at the time that she would admit to people that he was the father.
Book deviation or not, show Sansa was with Ramsey long enough to get pregnant and didn't. Rana Javed true, but Ramsay was trying to get an heir. Sansa goes nowhere near Ramsy in the books. It's not clear if the girl he marries and rapes, Jeyn Pool, posing as Aria Stark, is pregnant by the end of book 5.
She married Gendry, becoming Queen Consort of the Seven Kingdoms. In addition, her brother Bran became Gendry's new Hand of the King. Arya's marriage to Gendry ultimately helped secure the North as a part of the Seven Kingdoms.
Later, when everyone is distracted by Joffrey's fatal poisoning, Dontos approaches Sansa, convincing her to leave in order to save her life. Unlike the rest of those present, Dontos is neither shocked nor horrified.
Earlier in that episode, she asked him to forge her a spear for the battle the next day against the army of the undead. After interrogating him about his sexual history, Arya initiates sex with, “We're probably going to die soon. I want to know what it's like before that happens.”
Jaqen instructed Arya to kill an insurance agent and gave her a vial of poison. However, Arya instead killed Meryn Trant. Jaqen then drank the vial of poison and appeared to have died.
Spoilers follow for Game of Thrones season seven, episode two, “Stormborn.” Back in the second episode of Game of Thrones' very first season, Arya Stark was forced to say goodbye to her direwolf, Nymeria. And now, six full seasons later, they've finally met again.
