Majin Ozotto, the final boss of Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S., can attack his opponent with his long and powerful tail.
Yajirobe– who had left his presence unknown throughout the initial battle– manages to sneak up on Vegeta and slice off his tail. Vegeta still has enough energy to fight back, but he would have been better off never transforming. Unlike Goku or Gohan, losing his tail once is enough for Vegeta to never regrow it.
Most of the Saiyans in the anime get their tails removed, but on some occasions, they grow back. Since Gohan is only a half Saiyan, Pan had a much less chance of having a tail b. Obviously half breeds can have a tail like Gohan, but Trunks and Goten didn't.
Gohan is a half saiyan and had a tail but Trunks, Goten, and Bulla had no tails but were also half saiyan.
Skin color
Traditionally, Majin were one standard color (pink) until the appearance of Evil Buu: a manifestation of Buu's dispelled evil.
Majins, much like Majin Buu are composed solely of an amorphous substance with consistency akin to bubblegum, which can be altered at will, either by will or hand. Despite possessing no internal organs or skeleton, they still have a full set of teeth and in some instances can even bleed.
It is known that Majins are asexual and don't have a defining gender, although some are known to change their appearance to appear more like a typically male or female.
This is because Akira Toriyama has openly called this character Goku Black and it's far more likely he is an alternate version of Goku with linkages to the Supreme Kais from another universe, hence the Potara earring, rather than a grown up Goten or anyone else for that matter.
Like these two, Bulla too was born without a tail. The idea that tailless Saiyans are more powerful goes along with the conception idea where the stronger the Saiyan, the stronger the child. Not having a tail is a big plus!
Broly (DBS) is also shown to have a tail as a child, but it was removed by Paragus (DBS) by the time he was an adult.
Nappa is a naturally bald Saiyan, and his Super Saiyan 3 design is a unique take on the transformation. Instead of the traditional spiky hair, Nappa's Super Saiyan 3 form gives him a long golden goatee.
The first solution is that Goten and Trunks had their tails cut off. This could have been done for a few reasons. The first explanation is that it would help them blend in better as Earthlings.

Goku later sacrifices his life at the end of the Cell Games, opting to stay dead for seven years before having his life restored by the Rou Kaioshin during the events of the Majin Buu arc.
Kami permanently removed Goku's tail when he was training on the Lookout, as he wanted to restore the Moon (he enjoyed the view), but didn't want the threat of an Oozaru to be present.

Vegeta has also said that he is indeed attracted to Bulma due to her overbearing personality, but it physically attracted to her as well. After this, at some point, both of them are married and eventually have another child together, Bulla.
Golene is Goku's long lost sister. Her Saiyan name was Kakarotte but her storyline of how she turned to the good side was far different from Goku's.
He's still a god. He really isn't since outside of Rose, Black has no God Ki. He's literally just a god soul in a mortal body. While Black may deny it, he gave up his right to call himself a god.
Super Saiyan Rosé
Black mastered Goku's power inside his body and was able to make it his own and this allowed Black to transform into a Super Saiyan with his god energy. He first transforms into Super Saiyan Rosé in his battle with Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks.
