Kimiko Miyashiro from the series The Boys has several significant weaknesses, both physical and psychological. Her most significant vulnerability is that while she possesses an exceptional healing factor, she can be killed by massive, instantaneous cellular destruction or the temporary removal of her powers.

The character of Billy Butcher can be seen as a direct parody of The Punisher from Marvel. Both these characters operate outside the law using violent means and are highly skilled in combat.
