Fruit fly eggs are tiny, pale yellow, and shaped like a grain of rice, not really like sesame seeds, though other tiny white/tan things (like tapeworm segments or bed bug eggs) can resemble sesame seeds, so if you see things that look like sesame seeds, check for movement or squish them to see if they're bugs or tapeworm segments, not just fruit fly eggs.
Bed bug eggs are about the size of the tip of a medium ball-point pen and are typically a light sesame seed color.
