Do babies open their eye's in the womb? The answer is Yes! From around 27-28 weeks gestation babies do open their eyes. It can be seen during a 4d baby scan and we are able to see babies moving their eyes and looking around.
Just like newborns, fetuses spend most of their time sleeping. Indeed, throughout much of the pregnancy, your baby sleeps 90 to 95% of the day. Some of these hours are spent in deep sleep, some in REM sleep, and some in an indeterminate state—a result of their immature brain.
Babies can't cry out loud of course until they're born. In the womb, babies are totally immersed in amniotic fluid, so there is no air in the lungs and air is needed to produce sounds. Once they are born they can fully expand their lungs, taking in air and letting out those first few wonderful cries.

Appealing to your baby's sight, sound, taste, smell and touch can soothe your baby in the womb—and stop their crying once they're born. Your baby spent somewhere around 40 weeks in a quiet, warm, dark womb, then suddenly emerged into a loud, bright, open world.
It is completely possible that your dog can hear an unborn baby's heartbeat in the womb. They may also be able to hear your baby cry in the womb, which can start at about 28 weeks. No matter what they are hearing, it is unavoidable that dogs know that there is something going on in the body of a pregnant woman.

After around 18 weeks, babies like to sleep in the womb while their mother is awake, since movement can rock them to sleep. They can feel pain at 22 weeks, and at 26 weeks they can move in response to a hand being rubbed on the mother's belly.
Babies Pee in the Womb

However, massage of the tummy or breasts can cause contractions of the womb. If you notice strong contractions, stop that part of the massage. You may find that you are more sensitive to smells than usual.
It's possible some women will experience the popping of their belly button in one pregnancy, and not in the next. Some women's belly buttons don't pop out. They stay the same, or they become flat. This all depends on your weight before pregnancy and how much you have gained or stretched during your pregnancy.
Every pregnancy is different. So try to ignore the opinions as best as you can, and don't worry! The size of your bump doesn't reflect the size of your little one.
