History. Torunn is the daughter of
JANE FOSTER, M. D.
She was on the edge of death in THOR (1966) #231, merged with Lady Sif, and regained her lost memories in the following issue in THOR (1966) #236. She then married Kincaid, who she would later have a son with, in THOR (1966) #336.
James Kincaid was born the child of Jane Foster and Keith Kincaid. He went to live with his father after his parents' divorce. Some time later, Keith and Jimmy died in a accident caused when Keith went over a guardrail and crashed while driving.
The story of Jane Foster's son Jimmy goes all the way back to Thor #136 (1966). Jane had gone with Thor to Asgard in preparation for their upcoming wedding.
While there is no character named "Love" raised by Thor in Marvel Comics, Thor does, in fact, have a daughter in an alternate reality with Lady Sif, though this child is named Torunn Thorsdóttir. Interestingly, Torunn translates to "Thor's love," so the name in Love & Thunder does have a connection to Marvel Comics.
Gorr's Daughter Love is Chris Hemsworth's Real-Life Daughter
Jane Foster promises Gorr with her own dying breath that Thor will take care of the child, and Thor, now heartbroken and alone, chooses to adopt the child. But in real life, the actor that plays Love is actually Chris Hemsworth's real daughter.
Thor has four children. Two of his children are with his wife Sif, Thrud and Modi. He is stepfather to the god Ullr as well. Finally, he has another child with the giantess Jarnsaxa, Magni.
Who Plays Love? Gorr's daughter is played by India Rose Hemsworth, the daughter of Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth, and actress Elsa Pataky.
Both Jane and Thor started to withdraw from each other, they both were experiencing the loss of their relationship. It was a mutual breakup because they both left each other, yet the love still remained. Often heartbreak can lead someone to harden their hearts to love.
Upon saving Asgard from Ragnarok, Odin forces her to relinquish the hammer to Donald Blake so he can become the new Thor. This resulted in Jane losing her powers, but she was allowed to remain on Asgard and keep her goddess status since she later falls in love with and marries Thor.
However, some information about Sif is known. She is a goddess connected to the Earth and the wife of Thor, by whom she has a daughter named Thrud. She also has a son Ullr by an unknown father, and she has two stepsons named Magni and Modi. She is distinctively and indisputably blonde in the remaining original texts.
Jane decided to keep using Mjolnir as the MCU's Mighty Thor, however, because she wanted to use what little time she had left to do something that mattered, and she eventually died helping Thor stop Gorr and ascended to Valhalla.
Thor can wield both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker without dying, or it causes him to strain his health. It is unfortunate, but the fact that being mortal is what kills Jane for being Mighty Thor makes the original Thor Odinson more powerful.
Torunn is the daughter of Thor and Jane Foster. She's a member of the Next Avengers. When she was a a child she's been looked after by her mother after Thor leaves on an important mission.
India Rose Hemsworth: Gorr's Daughter
It looks like we don't have any photos or quotes yet.
She was ultimately resurrected by the cosmic entity Eternity in accordance with Gorr's wish, brought on by Thor's advice. She was left in the care of Thor by Gorr before he died, leading her to become Thor's ward and adoptive daughter. The pair began protecting alien species, becoming known to many as Love and Thunder.
Thor is a superhero who has been appearing in Marvel Comics since his 1962 debut, and Jane Foster was his first love interest.
The two developed a romance and, at least according to some racy texts later discovered by government agents trying to prove Jane was Thor, the relationship became a sexual one.
Despite her previous prominence in the MCU, Jane canonically broke up with Thor after the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron – a development many external observers attributed to actress Natalie Portman's fractious relationship with Marvel.
But after watching new Thor in action, he admits that she deserves the mantle. Thor Odinson initially suspects Jane might be this new hero. But he eliminates her from his list of suspects because she is going through chemotherapy for breast cancer, which, he reasons, would make her too weak to fight.
Gorr then uses his wish to revive his daughter. Now, she is not just the daughter of Gorr, but also the daughter reborn from Eternity. Gorr gets one final moment with Love before he passes away, content that his daughter is alive once more.
At the film's end, we can see the daughter has developed powers by blasting through Thor's pan with her eyes. The duo then runs onto the battlefield to fight aliens as the daughter wields the Stormbreaker, and Thor the Mjolnir, while it's revealed that they are called Love and Thunder.
As Thor's firstborn and strongest child, Magni was a very powerful Aesir, with only his grandfather Odin, father Thor, uncles Týr, Heimdall and Baldur surpassing him.
Magni is the son of Thor and Enchantress in Marvel Comics.
The sons of Thor and Sif, Magni is the older one while Modi is younger than him. While they were still children, the two of them managed to rescue their father Thor from under the body of the stone giant Hrungnir, after Thor had killed him.
