Unlike the others, Zeus is not worthy to lift
Other than Thor and Odin, certain other individuals have proven worthy of lifting Mjolnir in the primary continuity: Roger "Red" Norvell (a deliberate ruse by Odin) Beta Ray Bill. Buri (also known as Tiwaz, Thor's great-grandfather)
When it comes to which weapon is more powerful, it is likely Zeus' Thunderbolt over Mjolnir. There is still a lot to learn about Thunderbolt in the MCU, but just from Thor: Love and Thunder, it can do at least as much as Mjolnir and Stormbreaker, which are two of the most powerful weapons the universe has to offer.
Zeus. It should come as no surprise that, in a one-on-one battle of Zeus vs Thor, Zeus would easily triumph.
He could. . . but he would need that magical condition Batman thrives on.
Venom (2020)
During this battle, Venom (Eddie Brock) was given the powers of Captain Universe, and was able to wield the hammer. However, Venom took this advantage a step further by merging Mjolnir with the Silver Surfer's surfboard to create an even greater weapon.
Hercules' strength is rarely matched. There were times when he even overpowered the Incredible Hulk – a feat that not even Thor could complete. So, when it comes to physical strength, Hercules is the strongest. It was shown multiple times throughout comics.
So Thor took on Zeus himself and handled himself very well against the Greek All-Father.
Zeus: Even in the ancient Greek poems of Homer and Hesiod, Zeus was the ruler of the gods, the most powerful and the most wise.
The trivial answer is that Odin cannot lose to Zeus because Zeus is not Fenrir and, according to Norse mythology, Odin has been prophesied to be swallowed by Fenrir in Ragnarok. Odin cannot die before then so Zeus cannot win.
Zeus was regarded as the sender of thunder and lightning, rain, and winds, and his traditional weapon was the thunderbolt. He was called the father (i.e., the ruler and protector) of both gods and men.
God of War's combat is impressive, and while Mjolnir could have been a worthy addition to Kratos' arsenal, it wouldn't fit the character's arc based on William's logic.
Superhuman Strength: Like all Olympians, Zeus is superhumanly strong. His strength is far superior to the vast majority of his race and he is capable of lifting over 100 tons, without supplementing his strength with his other powers.
Powerful in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (and exceedingly more so in the comics), the hammer can only be lifted by Thor or anyone else who happens to be "worthy" of the honor.
And Mathaudhu can cite documentary sources to back him up. For example, Marvel – which publishes the Thor comics – issued a “Thor's Hammer” trading card in 1991 that states Mjolnir is made of Uru and weighs precisely 42.3 pounds. That's lighter than a herd of 300 billion mice, much less a herd of 300 billion elephants.
NOT WORTHY
The Dark Knight might be one of the least worthy heroes in any universe. While Batman does have some of the characteristics that would allow him to lift Mjolnir, he also has committed several acts that disqualify him.

Trimurti is considered to be the most powerful god as he is a combination of Brahma [The Creator], Vishnu [The Preserver] & Shiva [The Destroyer].
Why is Zeus the strongest god? Zeus is the strongest of the gods in the Ancient Greek religion because he has both power and intelligence. He is able to ensure that he is not replaced by another, more powerful deity. He is also able to ensure the allegiance of many other gods by giving them rights and privileges.
As such, Zeus decides to grant the Hulk's request to beat him to death in hand-to-hand combat. The Hulk's first blow sends Zeus crashing into a nearby building. Zeus then returns this with an even more powerful blow. The ruler of the Olympians than overpowers the Hulk, and ultimately knocks him off Mount Olympus.
They're both really bad but Zeus had the excuse of being corrupted and was under the influence of Pandora's box which made him act the way he did while Odin was always selfish and manipulative on his own naturally.
Typhon attempted to overthrow Zeus for the supremacy of the cosmos. The two fought a cataclysmic battle, which Zeus finally won with the aid of his thunderbolts. Defeated, Typhon was cast into Tartarus, or buried underneath Mount Etna, or in later accounts, the island of Ischia.
Thor wanted Zeus and the other gods to help him fight Gorr the Godbutcher (Christian Bale), who—as you can perhaps guess from his name—poses a threat to all the gods. Zeus is uninterested in helping. Thor then kills Zeus using Zeus' own thunderbolt, which (frankly) feels like a bit of an overreaction.
Thor wins. Not only is Thor a better combatant and more experienced, but he also can be stronger than Shazam by using Megingjord to augment his superhuman strength. Additionally, Thor is more invulnerable than Shazam and has a better understanding and grasp of magical and mystical energies.
Odin would win in a fight against Thor because he is simply a lot more powerful and more intelligent than his son. Thor, of course, is the superior physical specimen between the two but is still light years away from his father in terms of his power, intelligence, wisdom, and experience.
