Flights within Australia are not subject to restrictions on how much powder, liquid, aerosols and gels you can carry onboard.
As a rule of thumb, aerosols that are personal, medicinal, and toilet items are those that are sprayed on your body. These can generally be carried on board or in checked baggage, within quantity limitations.
Roll-On Deodorant
Roll-on deodorants are a broad category and usually come either as liquids or gels. If a product is a liquid, gel, cream, or paste it's restricted! The general rule of thumb is that roll-ons are technically liquids, so they should be stored in small containers no larger than 3.4 ounces or 100 ml.

The 100ml rule for liquids
The main rule to remember is that you must not take any more than 100ml of a restricted liquid into the cabin of a plane, and those liquids should be placed into individual 100ml containers. Any liquid that you need more than 100ml of should be packed in your hold luggage.

Both dental floss and floss picks can be carried inside both hand luggage and checked luggage. These two dental hygiene products are not categorized as toiletries as they are not liquids, gels, or creams.
