For at least 12 hours, you should keep clear of makeup to allow the skin to breathe and mend naturally with no interruptions. If you apply makeup straight after dermal fillers, this could clog your pores and cause the area to be prone to infection.
You can put makeup on again as soon as one day after you've had the dermal filler procedure, but you should make sure your makeup brushes have been recently cleaned. You should clean your makeup brushes as regularly as possible because they can easily transfer bacteria to your face.
Do not apply lipstick or any other makeup on and around your lips for 24 to 48 hours after the treatment.
DON'T touch the treated area for at least 6-8 hours afterwards. The risk of infection is much higher in the time immediately after your filler treatment, so medical experts recommend not touching the affected area for at least that amount of time.
Even though the results of filler will be visible right away, migration can happen almost immediately, with a few days or weeks, or even up to years later in rare circumstances, depending on what the root cause of the issue is.

How Long After Lip Fillers Can You Wear Lipstick? Wait 24 hours before wearing lipstick. If you want to cover the bruising, you may use a darker shade of lipstick. Remember, lipstick also counts as pressure, and applying pressure to freshly injected lips should be avoided.
There is no medical reason why you cannot apply makeup including lip gloss or lipstick directly after lip fillers. A treatment can leave the lips feeling slightly tender, so it is recommended that you leave it a day before applying makeup to the treatment area.
In order to avoid getting an infection or having complications, it's recommended that you don't apply makeup to your face for at least four hours after the procedure. If you need to wear makeup sooner than that, wait at least 30 minutes for the small injection punctures to close up.
