How long after rhinoplasty can I wash my nose? You can start washing the outside of your nose after 7-10 days, once the splint covering the surgery area has been removed. Make sure you do this gently until your nose fully heals in 4-6 weeks. At that point, you may wash your nose as normal.
You may wash your face being careful to only cleanse the area surrounding the area around the nasal tape/splint. You may shower 2 days after surgery. If you shower, use a dry washcloth or plastic wrap over splint/tape. Please shower or bathe using only lukewarm water for first 2 weeks after surgery.

I would recommend you to wail for 3 weeks after your surgery to have any type of treatment on your face or any mask.

3-6 months: The numbness and abnormal sensations in your nose and nasal skin should be resolved. 1 Year: The healing process is complete – swelling should have subsided entirely and the nose's new shape is fully refined.

Do not take showers, take baths instead. Avoid using water that is too hot as it could make you dizzy. Do not wash your hair until at least 3 days after your surgery.
Sneezing and coughing forcefully after rhinoplasty can cause a buildup of pressure in the nose, which could lead to bleeding. It's best not to sneeze or cough for 14 days following surgery.
After about 6 weeks your nose will be roughly as strong as it was before the operation. The strength of the nose returns faster than the sensitivity subsides. So, even though the nose may be quite strong, it will still feel quite delicate and sensitive to the touch.
For the first two weeks following surgery, avoid pursing the lips as in whistling, applying lipstick, kissing, or sucking on a straw. Allowing the nose to heal with as little movement as possible will improve both your cosmetic and functional results.
As long as you are not forcefully blowing your nose at two weeks (after 3 weeks is OK) or doing anything very strenuous for another week or so, you can safely smile all you want without any concern at all! The soreness you experience when your facial muscles animate as you smile will gradually go away.

Scrunching your nose should not be a problem. The soft tissue over your nose can be quite stiff early post-op.
The tip takes the longest time to heal and mold to the new framework because it's the thickest skin of the nose. If the tip of your nose is still very firm, it may mean that there is still some swelling.
Weeks 2-4: Major bruising will be gone, swelling and discoloration will continue to fade. After about a month, any obvious traces of your surgery should not be visible. After Week 4: You will begin to see the initial results of your surgery. However, your nose will still continue to subtly heal.
For closed rhinoplasty the stitches that closed the incisions are absorbed over time and are on the inside of the nose. For open rhinoplasty, the visible, outside incision is closed with several layers of stitches. The internal layer stitches dissolve. But the outside stitches are removed, generally within a week.
The first week is the most critical period for rhinoplasty healing. After 7-10 days, patients can begin to use other sleeping positions. Be careful to avoid putting pressure on the nose, and if you can sleep comfortably on your back while elevated, continue to do so.
When can I resume exercise after rhinoplasty? You can take long walks approximately 1 week after rhinoplasty. By the second week, you can begin doing light treadmill and/or stationary bike exercises, but avoid exercises that include lifting of heavy weights. You can begin lifting light weights by the 3rd week.
Smiling and laughing 2 weeks after a Rhinoplasty should not have any impact on the final result.
