There are no sex or nudity shown in this movie. It's completely clean family drama. Nevertheless, a few mild kissing scenes present.
In addition to the violent scenes and scary visual images mentioned above, Wonder has some scenes that could scare or disturb children in this age group. For example: There is fair amount of bullying in this movie, both by individuals and by groups of children.
The Wonder is rated R by the MPAA for some sexuality. Violence: There are frequent mentions of blood in a religious context. A girl loses a bloody tooth. There's mention of a baby's death.
Auggie's love and knowledge of science plays a critical role in the film, proving his intelligence but also revealing his desire to be elsewhere.
The whole family goes to take Auggie to school on his first day. They are worried because the boy is going to be with other kids who will probably be mean to him, but they try to reassure him. His sister whispers into his ear: “If they stare let them stare. You can't blend in when you were born to stand out.”
Justin is Via's boyfriend. He plays the fiddle in a zydeco band, which plays Creole music from Louisiana (but Justin is from Brooklyn). His parents are divorced, and he has an older half-brother, but they're not very close. He loves the closeness of the Pullman family.

Via would always love to spend time with Auggie and deeply cared for him just like her parents. She would spend time having conversations or playing games together . However, when Auggie had to go the hospital for surgeries, she had to stay with relatives.
Palacio about the first mainstream school experience of Auggie, a fifth-grade boy with a craniofacial disorder. Craniofacial disorders may cause significant health problems for youth, but most noticeable to peers is the different facial appearance.
The disability that Auggie has in the novel and movie is called Treacher Collins syndrome. This is a rare genetic condition that affects the way a child's face develops, especially the cheekbones, jaws, ears, and eyelids.

It is a genetic disorder that most often affects the cheek bones, jaw, chin, and ears.
Wonder Woman is an action packed movie with some violence and sexual content that a 10 year old should be able to handle.
Pugh's nurse, Lib Wright, is seen at several points taking morphine. Considering her time seeing wounded soldiers in pain and dying, we can assume that Lib uses the drug to numb her pain as a coping skill when triggered by trauma.
This show is appropriate for age 10+.

Auggie loves that no one can see his face with the helmet on, meaning that no one can judge him due to how differently his face looks. The helmet is symbolic of Auggie wanting to hide himself away from the world so that he doesn't get hurt by people's looks or words.

Confronting her patient about this, Anna tells Lib that her brother was abusive towards her before he became ill and died. Her mother believed that Anna was responsible for his death, and convinced her to fast in order to save her brother from going to hell.

Viewers soon figure out that Anna is receiving food from her mum, who passes it through her mouth when she kisses her. During an emotional scene, Anna explains the reason she stopped eating is because she believes her late brother will be able to get into heaven rather than hell.

Nate Pullman is a parent in Wonder. He is a very rich business man who is head of the school board. He is the husband of Isabel Pullman and the father of their children, August and Olivia. He is portrayed by Owen Wilson in Wonder.
